The woman, who I assume to be the owner, told me that because Tuesday, July 4, 2017 is a holiday that the plant that they send their dry cleaning to would be closed, so the earliest they could get my dress back to me is July 6, 2017 by noon. I had planned to leave for a funeral in MIAMI once I retrieved my black dress from them. I get a call at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 6, 2017 saying my dress wasn't ready. This was clearly a breach not only of an oral contract but a written one as well, because she documented that my dress would be returned to me by Thursday, July 6, 2017 at noon. Because they failed to complete their end of the contract, I now must go and purchase another dress. I don't know about you, but I don't have cash to be throwing around for dresses because a BUSINESS failed to come through. When I said I won't be paying full price because you all failed to complete your end of the deal, she said "I can't do that". So now, I have to purchase a dress and also pay her. If she is hurting that badly for business, then I will throw her her little $15 dollar fee for my late dress, that I will have to retrieve upon my return to Pooler. So unprofessional. This place is a joke.

I brought the majority of my business wardrobe (roughly 30 items) to Impressions upon getting a new job, and had several issues. The first time I got my items back, they had a VERY strong mildew odor. I brought them back, and spoke to a local manager who said bring them back for a comp-ed re-do. He said they had a machinery malfunction and water was poured into the machine when it should not have been and that he personally cleaned it out himself and now things would be fine. I told him it was a time sensitive problem because of this new job, I was going on a business trip, so I needed them back quickly. He told me it would only be a couple of days. Upon picking up my clothes again, they still had the mildew smell. I called the manager again, and he said to bring them back for a refund, and to call him when I got back into the store. Not 15 minutes later, I was back in the store, but now the manager was mysteriously unreachable. I spoke to the owner of the franchises (who sits in Richmond Hill) and he said that refunds were not an option in his business. He said the only option was to have the clothes cleaned again. I told him about my business trip as well, and that I literally did not have the available days to allow the clothes to be cleaned and that I do not trust them with my clothing. He told me I had no other options. He was not willing to give me a partial refund (the bill was $92.90) and the manager said that he could not issue a refund either. I spoke to the manager again, and he said because the bill was so large, he only thought it was a few items, that a refund was not allowable. I said to him, "so you're telling me you just ruined 30 items of dry cleaning [side note, total value of the items is over $3000] and that you have no option for me." He basically said back to me that he didn't and that there was nothing he could do. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS WHAT EVER YOU DO IN ANY OF THE LOCATIONS.

I attempted to call an "after hours" number for assistance, only to find out that no such number and name of a service manager was listed. The only number posted is out of N.J and is for owners.
