After almost an entire week of being put off I finally asked for my things back to go elsewhere. the cashier finally brought the set out piece by piece to then keep the final pillow case as "it still needed to be cleaned" i told her it was fine that i just wanted it back. at that point she brings out a ratty matted pillow case and went on with what she was doing. i checked the tag to make sure what she was handing me was mine and then proceeded to show her the difference in the other pieces and the last pillow case. she barely acknowledged the issue and called her manager who simply told her to offer a refund. the following day i went up to speak with the manager who then informed me none of it was dry cleaned, it was all machine washed. the manager then proceeded to attempt to justify by reading the tags wash care but stopping right before reading "dry cleaning recommended". while it is "just a pillow case", you cannot purchase it individually and the set is no longer in stock, not to mention the principle of basic trust. in the managers defense he attempted to "make things right" by offering to now dry clean the comforter set, at this point i don't trust them with a pair of socks much less to do what they were asked to over a week ago, too little too late.

Problem Solved: I delivered the chocolate hard shell sauce stained blazer to Curry Dry Cleaners at 7:30 Friday morning. I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain!
