They are the best egg rolls around! Everything I've had has been delicious, but the egg rolls are worth the trip to Royalton!

I will agree that the eggrolls are the absolute best eggrolls I have ever had in my entire life, but that's where the goodness ends. The shop is on the main drag through Royalton and easy to find. Walking in was like walking into someone front lounge with a set of dishes seemingly for sale with garagesale stickers labeling prices. We ordered the brocolli beef, general tso, fried rice, egg rolls, and crab rangoon. The brocolli beef was pretty rough. Under cooked veggies and a very loose sauce. The general tso was not coated in sauce but instead was sitting in a sweet, watery mess. The fried rice was not very nice. Obviously cooked with fresh rice that led to mush. The crab rangoon was okay, and the eggrolls were really phenomenal. Maybe an off day? Maybe the order of 4 dozen eggrolls threw things off? But this was bad. read more

Lady is very nice. She runs the place and cooks all by herself it seems. The fired food (general tso, orange chicken, sweet/sour chicken) are all pretty much the same, just sightly different sauces. They're mostly fried breading with little chcicken... very oily. The chicken with broccoli isn't bad. It's a white sauce instead of brown sauce, and has a bit of pepper seasoning. The beef fried rice is ok, just a tad too sweet. The egg rolls are good. Has a peanut sauce flavor to it. Bit oily. The fried dumplings are large and pretty good. read more

I just didn't like it. I got chicken fried rice and egg rolls. But everybody else liked it that was in the group based on my own personal experience. I can't recommend it. But based on the experience of the people who live here, I would recommend it on their reaction to it. read more

Mrs. Chong is great. Dinner portions are big enough for two meals. She lets you know when it will be done (usually 35-40 minutes) and she finishes exactly at that time. Her dishes are wonderful, everythings cooked perfectly. We get chicken and vegetables with fried rice, hot beef with jalapeños and lo mein noodles, chicken strips for the kid, rangoons, and egg rolls. So good!! read more

This place is good. Biggest egg rolls I have ever had. Everything is authentic and homemade when you order it. The General Tso was not made with the Americanized version of fried Chicken in a Batter it was in a breading and tossed in a yummy sauce that was not terribly hot or sweet. Had a really good balance. I tried to call to put in an order and apparently she was busy and just didn't answer I thought there was something wrong with the phone and went by there and she informed me that she wouldn't be able to take my order even though she still was going to be open more than an hour. If you don't have time to take orders you should say no new orders after such and such time, plus if she would have answered my phone call I would not have wasted my time going by there I mean I had just gotten off work and I was tired too. read more

Oh man, where to start. Not your typical Chinese take out. The general Tsaos chicken is so good. The tempura batter isn't the usual flavor. It's almost a funnel cake flavor to add sweetness to the subtle spice of the sauce. The egg rolls and crab Rangoon are huge, and quite honestly the best I've had in So. IL. I suggest ordering early, as the wait can be a little lengthy, but well worth it. If your in the area, it's on the south side of Casey's. You will not be disappointed. read more

The food is pretty good, especially when compared to other local Chinese offerings (not saying much), and the portions are f*cking massive for the price. The owner/cook/hostess (it's a one woman operation) is exceptionally friendly. Because of the one person show, service can be a little slow, but hey... It's the only Chinese in town. (10 miles to the next place in line) My only real complaint is that the hours of operation seem to be whenever the owner feels like working, so if I want some fried dumplings, I just have to roll the d*mn dice and hope for the best. read more

To me, I thoroughly love miss Chongs food. Granted, the menu is limited, but the amount of food you get is incredible. I can get 2 meals from 1 order. Never a single complaint from me in the 5 years I have been going here. I moved here from Phoenix, trust me, never eat Asian food in Arizona. But here, I am absolutely pleased. This place if you don't look for it on Main Street you will pass it by. I will let you in on a secret it is next to Casey's. I would drive a hour for the food she puts out of this place any day. Fresh fresh fresh is what you get. The meals are big to my wife eats on it for dinner and lunch and I finish the rest of it. Every thing is good here. Beef and broccoli is amazing the orange chick is great to and I don't even like orange chicken. I have had just about everything on the menu and never had a complaint about it. Make that drive it is worth it. They close around 6 so make sure you give yourself time to get there. read more
