I came here from visiting my family for thanksgiving and my birthday was the next day. We decided to come here 40 min before they closed. When we got there no one greeted us, I had to look for someone to seat us. Someone was on the phone and kind of eyed me to sit down somewhere. Someone looked at their watch and asked "what time is it" in Spanish. We sat down and a waitress came with menus and water we ordered right away. Place was clean and tidy. Another party came about 835pm and they were told they couldn't sit down and had to order take out, which I thought was weird because we were sitting down about to eat. They were going to leave the bus boy said I'm sorry it's what they're telling me. The manager said "why are you leaving" they told her because we were told we can't sit down and she told them no sit down. Our food came in hot and ready we ate got to go boxes it was close to 9 at this time and we felt like we were being rushed. Other than the service I would have given 4 stars. Went for lunch, had the delicious chicken veggie soup, fried rice, and Orange Chicken. I was served a GENEROUS portion, and it was PIPING HOT. My server was very attentive, and provided me a to-go box for the huge amount of leftovers. Restaurant was clean, and well maintained, with ample seating, but not cramped for space. Me and my boyfriend went to eat earlier today and it wasn't as good as the night meals, but it was still worth going. Usually when I go, I have very fast service, due to not many people going. A quick tip for people wanting to go to this place, if they're in the area, get to-go if you're not much of a big eater. They serve bigger portions when you dine in, versus take-out. I personally like going during night because it has a different taste than the lunch portions. Chopstix is a family owned business the owner Tony is one of the cooks and he really makes it worth your time when you visit Chopstix! I love that they allow you to substitute items on your plate and the food is served in no time. I always order the shrimp ginger without any ginger or veggies and I substitute that with baby corn... shrimp is pretty good size as well as the fried rice portion....This dish is my favorite... along with some of their shrimp Lo Mein. Terrible service. Came in with family to get a decent meal after a long day. The food was delivered well and cooked decently. Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Waitress never asked to provide beverages and when we did ask for drinks to be provided, the waitress snapped at us and said she's too busy to deal with us and yelled this across the restaurant. We got fed up and grabbed the drinks ourselves from the drink fountains. Another table was requesting soy sauce, a minor request and again the same waitress snapped at them to get it themselves so they went and grabbed it from behind the counter in the front next to the cashier area. We observed this same waitress ignoring customers for follow up service and would snap at them for asking for service. At time of payment, the manager was initially arguing that tip had to be included, and we argued back that there would be no tip since there was no service and rude service at that. The waitress came and again was yelling back that there's cameras and kept repeating this as if that mattered or would scare us about telling the truth. I also had to dispute charges for drinks and food that was never served or brought to us, further reducing an incorrect bill. The manager said and did nothing of the antics of the waitress as she sat laughing and continuously being rude to the other customers within the restaurant. Since we had broke the silence on the callous acting of the waitress, other customers followed suit to explain the lack or rude service that was displayed by this same waitress. I usually get carry out from this place and after today that will most likely continue since the manager can only control the food and not the staff of her establishment. read more

Don't let the outside deceive you...food was well prepared and portions are a hearty size. We started with chicken lettuce wraps. The chicken was well seasoned and tasty. For entrees we shared Mongolian beef and orange chicken. Both were very well prepared. I would recommend sharing entrees or be prepared to take home leftovers. Good food. Good prices. HUGE portions. I usually get at least three meals out of an entree. Fast service on both dine in and take out.

First visit was not overly impressed. Food was so-so. Not terrible but nowhere near what I'm accustomed to eating at many Chinese food restaurants. The appetizers we ordered - crab puffs (which had no crab/krab in them whatsoever) and egg rolls were underwhelming at best. I ordered Cashew Chicken as a Daily Special meal which should've included a choice of soups, fried or white rice, etc. I had to remind the waitress of this in order to get soup. And I didn't get a choice in rice; just got white rice. There wasn't ONE cashew in the Cashew Chicken either. What I got was some decent chicken breast pieces and well prepared vegetables in a bland brown sauce. The wife ordered Chicken Pad Thai which she seemed to enjoy. Service was passable. Oh, they do charge for hot tea, which is a new experience for me. That never happens in the PNW where we live. It's always free. This place is cheap and food is good. Staff is very friendly. However this place is very dirty. It used to be called panda restaurant. My friends and brother in law found roach in their food which ended my relationship with this restaurant. At first, a friend's friend said there was roach in their food. I didn't believe it at first until my brother in law found roach in his food. The owner is really nice along with the staff but this place should be cleaned up and redone. Beef and Broccoli was good very flavorful with a sweet creamy, but very sodium based sauce. The Broccoli was very fresh still had a crunch but soft enough to eat without losing a tooth. The fried rice was very good with the help of a little soy sauce. It really hit the spot! The Bun was good and seasoned well nothing about the meal was really outstanding nor did anything make it bad. It was a decent meal. Overall The restaurant has a good Asian feel to it with the typical koy fish paintings and Buddha statues placed through out the restaurant. The only problem is the eye sore at the front of the restaurant. A great view of boxes and power aids (lack of storage space I guess) it doesn't take away from the establishment I would definitely be back due to the prices and amount of food your served. I had shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup, and an egg role to go. It was hot and delicious. A great meal to have on a cold rainy day like yesterday. The lady and gentleman that worked there were very helpful and courteous. The shrimp in the meal were very large the biggest ever! Chopstix has made a lot of improvement in the past 6 months, and they are always packed for lunch. Almost all of the dishes we have tried have been excellent, especially the Pad Thai, Stir Fried Green Beans, and Yu Choy with Mushrooms. They have a good vegetarian selection as well. read more

I was impressed. Although, the Hot and Sour soup only lived up to its Sour. It was neither hot in temperature or in spiciness. Towards the end of our meal, I noticed a long, black hair tangled in my food. I was disgusted. My appetite was immediately lost and this place is just another restaurant to add to my NO GO list. After seeing the HAIR IN MY FOOD I brought it to the attention of the waitress. She did apologize and brought out another plate. Worst place to eat! Clarisa the Manager does not know how to manage the place nor her employees. The cashier Scarlet was very rude to my wife and offended my wife when my wife told her not to be mean to the servers. The cashier kept on being very rude and making offending faces & remarks to my wife. I told the manager that she and the cashier need to learn customer skills. The manager just kept telling my wife that she can't handle the situation and the way her cashier acts. As owner of 3 companies I told her she should not even be a manager at all. I asked for the owners information and the manager refused to provide it. I told her that the owner better call me or I will show up until I talk to the owner. She seemed to not care at all.
