    General Tso's

I've reviewed this place before and haven't went back since. Decided to give this place another shot after a few months. Staff was friendly but didn't look all that happy to be there which can reflect the experience. We tried different items and were delighted with the result(General and Sesame Chicken). Soda was good. We also got the veggie rolls which were pretty good as well. The syrup on both were light and not too heavy(thickness and flavor profile). With a General Chicken with steamed rice, Sesame Chicken with Fried rice, kids sweet and sour with steamed rice, 2 soft drink/1 water, and an order of veggie rolls cost a bit over $64. OVERALL: Not bad and we say they've been redeemed for the most part. Give this place a shot and see what you think.

We've become regulars at this point. Service wasn't as sharp as it usually is, but it didn't take from the overall experience. We love the ambiance that the open spaces create. Our baos, dumplings & Kung Pao chicken were delicious.

The restaurant is quite large in size so you can fit a large party. You can see the noodles being made in house when you enter. The portions per plate are massive! You are definitely able to share a plate with others, the price per item seemed pricy at first but when you see the portion it's actually a really good deal. Service was good and quick. Food was phenomenal, everything tasted great and I will definitely be coming back.

Delicious food for a great price. Went back again to bring the whole family. Friendly Service. Only downside was the floors are a bit sticky felt like someone may have spilled something.

Came back to try some more dishes once again the service was excellent and the food was very good we tried the Chicken lettuce wraps, orange chicken and Pork mushroom noodles the food had a great flavor to it although the chicken for the wraps tasted a little salty for me. the orange CB Coke had good balance of flavors not to sweet the chicken had a nice crisp but very moist on the inside. The pork mushroom noodles tasted great with a pretty good flavor to it and wasn't too saucy. All items were generous with the portion size we could have probably both eaten off of one plate. I will definitely come back

Food was amazing as always. We try to get different dishes every time we come to eat here.We started off with chicken dumplings and some Cream Cheese Wontons. For the main entree we got Spicy Szechuan Popcorn Shrimp w/ fried hand pulled noodles which was delicious. Our second dish was Coconut Shrimp which has to be our favorite dish.

The pork belly in my Ramen soup was absolutely soft and delicious. Packed with tons of flavor. The ambiance of the place was chill. We really appreciated our server Angel. I can't wait to go back again!

Food is good. It's not the best dumplings but they're the best in this area. Service was good and I'll be back again soon.

My boyfriend and I came for Valentine's Day after wanting to try this place out for a few months now. We ordered the steamed colorful combo dumplings, Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), and orange chicken with steamed rice. We got the orange chicken and steamed rice first. The orange chicken was very good. It was nice and crispy even despite being covered in the sauce. The steamed rice had a funky smell/taste. My boyfriend described it as tasting like sour milk. We just put the rice to the side and let it be. We figured next time we'll try the noodles. The dumplings took a little longer, but that was expected. I cannot recall which flavors were which, but the yellowish dumpling was the best tasting from the colorful combo. Now for the Xiao Long Bao: they were phenomenal. They had the perfect amount of flavor, soup, and meat inside. I would be back for these alone. Even despite the steamed rice tasting funky, the Xiao Long Bao make up for it.

The sauce is good, but the cucumbers tasted old

I ordered out while in Edinburg for work. Followed review recommendations. The soup dumplings with pork were the best of everything I tried!! The hand stretched noodles had amazing texture, just not much flavor. I would add meat next time. I got them accompany my kung pao chicken. The cucumber salad had a refreshing flavor, but was mushy.

Great food great friendly service. Had an issue with billing when I went there but was able to contact the store and they took care of me promptly. Highly recommended.

Kitchen area where you can see the chef hand-pulling the noodles and making the baos by hand

Food was good, not outstanding, but definitely not worth $40.00 per person. The pan fried dumplings were undercooked.

Two dishes in particular, I find to be excellent here and far above most Chinese buffets: the Broccoli Beef and the Green Beans in Fermented Black Bean Paste. Both are the best I've ever had at a buffet. The beef is very tender, not mealy like most and has a nice flavor. The broccoli is not over cooked but tender crisp perfectly. There are a lot of dishes that are very similar in taste and texture so I skip them. But they have a nice variety of fried items, steamed dumplings, 5 or 6 soups of which I like several. Their chicken wings are a nice surprise item as are the breaded cream cheese filled jalapeños. For those that like a Mongolian Grill, they have that available too. The sushi is plentiful but mostly bland variety's. I usually skip it. All in all it's a great buffet and reasonably priced.

Well apparently they really did switch management (or I just hadn't been in a really long time), as well as cooks. I ordered my typical Sesame Chicken but didn't get what I wanted. Usually, as with any other Chinese place, the chicken is breaded and coated with a delicious sweet sauce. This "sesame chicken" was not breaded, barely had any sauce (which was hardly sweet), and worst of all came in weird strips/chunks of dark meat. I know places don't usually serve all-white meat or anything, but this chicken just wasn't good. The service was great, and the lady that helped me on my take-out order was very, very nice, so I couldn't stand to tell her that they need to tell their new chef to revisit his cookbook.

I'll just cut to the chase and say this: this was the best Korean food I've ever had! I had Ja Jjang Myeong and bim- bab. They also served me several side dishes. I liked most of them. Some of them were a "why bother" type of thing. When I first walked in, a lady waved me to a table for eight. The furniture looked like they got their tables from a church fellowship hall. The chairs were folding chairs, also. the walls were decorated with K-pop posters. It was one of those places that had their piles of rice in the dining room. But, it felt really comfortable. They had two TVs showing Korean news. The lady who had waved me to the table, came and brought my kim-bab. I was shocked to see two rolls on the plate. They were huge. I expected one like I had had in San Antonio. She came back a little later with the Ja Jjang Myeong. It was in a huge silver bowl. It looked like a serving for four. As I stirred the noodles into the sauce, I saw that there were lots of chunks of pork and cubed potatoes, hiding in the sauce. The sauce was really tasty. It wasn't salty like the ones I've had in San Antonio. All in all, I have to say that bowl of Ja Jjang Myeong was a highlight of my culinary life! I liked that place so much, that I am probably going to go There for dinner this evening. The conference ends at 10 AM, so I have the rest of the day to myself. I'll do some exploring and head over there to try some other dishes. Everybody I saw from my chapter at the conference got to hear about my experience at the restaurant.
