I will not give them third chance, I'll be going across the street to Chopt Creative Salad Co. It may be a bit more expensive, but at least they have quality ingredients and can hire people that can read orders and complete orders properly. I will say that their customer service is good. You cannot call the restaurant; there is only a recording and is rerouted to headquarters (I guess) when you call.
