Interesting spot. I think it could be great. They closed at 9pm, we went at 9pm so much was "empty" and there was a wait for them to refill so my options were limited. My concern was when I saw someone poor a can of chickpeas into the serving container - then to serve. I rinse and season my beans from a can- so this was off, but I guess that's their way. Also, there were several orders after us so they prepared new food which might have been nice to have had available to try. I'll try again different time of day to give them a fair shot. What I tried seemed well seasoned and there are quite a few menu options (though not available when I was ordering). The pita looks huge- not made in house but people seemed to like them. I was searching for something different for lunch close by. Great location near the Walmart shopping center near the speedway. I'm so glad I stopped in. It felt and looked clean. They had a great food service score of 99.5. I was greeted by the nicest lady. She asked if it were my 1st time here, explained the menu and offered samples of the different hummus, sauces and also one of the proteins I had never had. The setup and offerings are similar to Cava. They have build your own, bowls, wraps and pitas. I built my own bowl, selecting half lemon chicken and half chicken shawarma. The flavors were seasoned and tasted really good. The only thing I would do different is get 1 base instead of 2. I got the kale mix and rice. Not a good combo imo. I would also recommend getting your dressings on the side. I did not sample the dressings and ended up not liking the 2 I picked. The lemon/olive dressing was just that, and the taste was extremely lemony tart. The traditional tahini left an after taste, that reminded me of extra sharp aged cheese. I didn't like either. My 3 different hummus choices was enough for me to mix my bowl ingredients withiut adding dressing. I also tried the pita chips. The cook offered to make me hot fresh ones but I didnt have time to wait. They were a little hard but still good. They also offer several unique lemonade flavors. Mango, turmeric/ginger, strawberry lychee and red berry. I was able to sample all of them. The lavender sage had me in a choke hold! Its soooo good!!!!! 2nd favorite was the red berry. Overall, I would definitely go back and try different options. I highly recommend trying them out. read more

I finally got to try this place out!! It was worth the wait. I will be back! They have bowls, pitas, and sandwiches. I got a bowl. The base was quinoa and fresh spinach. Then we added hummus and olive hummus. I chose the lemon chicken as my protein. They offered a lot of additional toppings. I really like their artichoke. They have a selection dressings at the end. The size of the bowl makes it worth the price. The dining area is well lit and modern. The place is spotlessly clean. They have a 99.5 sanitation grade. Even the restrooms were clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They made suggestions and were willing to allow me to taste anything before I selected it. read more

I ordered food here on Uber Eats because there was a buy one get one free deal for some items. I got the vegan bowl just wanting something healthy for the night and a second meal for work the next day. I'm not usually big on falafel, but I figured I'd try it because of the value. I was really pleasantly surprised. The food was BEAUTIFUL to look at! I took a photo of it on a foldout table and it looked like something out of magazine. All of the ingredients were clearly fresh, and I was surprised at how filling the meal was for the "small" size. Most importantly, it was tasty! Today, I prepped the leftover bowl by heating the falafel balls in the air fryer for a few minutes, removing the cold toppings from the top, microwaving the rice by itself, and re-assembling everything. Took no more than 5 minutes out of my lunch break and the leftovers were just as good as the food the day before! I will definitely get food here again. read more

My husband and I just left this establishment. When we when we arrived the employees just stared at us blankly and didn't not guide us through the process. This was our first time trying this restaurant so we didn't know how the flow of things worked. Once we figured it out, my husband and I began ordering. We had a bowl and a pita both with mushroom shawarma which is an up charge. We were highly disappointed in the taste and quality of the mushrooms. They tasted and smelled rancid and made our food inedible. Considering this is one of the only vegan options in the area we had high hopes and this experience was deeply disappointing. read more

For those, like me, allergic to gluten, there is a separate fryer for breaded and non breaded items. I had the Street Style Sweet Potato Fries bowl and a side of falafel. The sweet potatoes waffle fries were very crisp. The hummus was good. The servers were alert to my needs and very helpful. They have a variety of Mediterranean style dishes as well as a build your on bowl. Next time I plan to try a build your own bowl with lemon chicken & maybe mushroom shawarma.
