After day 1 he asked for 1/2 the payment which I was fine with, but then tacked on about $500 saying it was too hard to complete. After some haggling I agreed. This time I at least had him text me the amount. The following day when he asked for payment, he requested an amount hundreds of dollars more than agreed, assuming I'd forgotten, so I showed him the text after our verbal exchange. I set up an appointment online through their website and got a few calls from them saying they had a question about my request. Called back several times but always got an answering machine. A couple of weeks after my request, got a call saying they were going to come this morning at 10. Never got any other confirmation or anything. Handy man called me Saturday morning and said his job was running late and that he would be about an hour late and would call 30 minutes before coming. I said that was fine and then waited and waited and never heard from him again. I called them again and got another answering machine and left a message. I also called the handyman's number and left him a voicemail. My appointment was originally at 10am and then pushed back to 11am and it is now 3:30pm and I haven't heard anything from them at all! I do not understand why they would set an appointment and then at least have the courtesy to at least notify me that they were not coming! Would not work with them again!!!
