We were told by the flooring manager and the cashier that as long as the boxes were unopened and not damaged we could return them. I returned them yesterday (1/13) WHAT THEY FAILED TO MENTION!!!! If you have the product over 30 days they will not give you a refund, they will only give you a STORE GIFT CARD!! So basically you can only exchange them for something else not RETURN them. So buyer beware of this policy!!!

Scott came to our house himself to take measurements before he ordered anything, he came by several times during the renovation process to help out and check on the progress. After it was completed, he had my husband and I look over everything to make sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. The following day, Scott came by to look at everything and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. There were no hidden costs, the renovation cost exactly what they quoted us.
