Amazing service! My stress level just went from 100 to 1. I have been trying to get certain documents notarized/ certified, and after trying (and failing) at Chase bank, decided to check on Yelp for notary services. I called in the evening, after 5pm, and met within 15 minutes in the swanky lobby of this building to have my documents done. She is detailed, highly intelligent, informed, and most important, honest. She'll never overcharge and she is extremely thorough. I used her again about a week later to close on a house we were purchasing. I needed a notary who was familiar with closing documents. She was my gal! She reviewed it before we arrived. I just picked up my notarized document and the entire experience was outstanding. Roberta clearly spelled out the approved safety protocol which was straightforward. She swore me in via zoom and watched me sign the document. I then dropped it off at the lobby of her building and she texted me when it was ready for pickup.
