The document was just a bill. He took over $1000 from us and did not produce what we agreed and then refused to give us a refund. To top it off he is committing mail fraud by saying something is delivered that truly wasn't delivered. In the legal field no one mails legal documents via regular mail. He is unethical and a thief.
