This dentist 100% recommends Dr. Willis. I was really impressed by the efficiency of his assistant when she took X-rays. The intraoral camera is awesome because Dr. Willis can show you where the problems are. I like the fact that he also takes his time to review everything with you. Nothing is rushed and feels calm, relaxed, and zen, much like Dr. Willis himself. Got my cleaning done, got my teeth flossed and polished, and a fluoride application and I couldn't be happier. I discovered Hsieh Dentistry thanks to my wife and got to work with Dr. Willis Hsieh. He's super informative, patient, and educational in how to take care of my teeth. He explained to me my options in terms of issues I had with my teeth (deep cleanings, wisdom teeth erupting, etc...). He was never pushy about a procedure, and simply gave his recommendation and what was urgent that should be taken care of. I came out knowing more and feeling secure. He was also quick, yet gentle/thorough with cleaning my teeth as well as replacing an old chipped filling I had (got it ~10 years ago from my old dentist) which started to decay my tooth. Fortunately, we caught it pretty early on and I didn't need a root canal. Everyone at the office is really kind and sweet. The front office, who's ran by Wendy, was very patient in explaining how my dental insurance works and everyone there from the dentist, front office, and assistants were professional and made me comfortable in every way. I was always scared to go to a dentist since 2020, but I feel taken care of here and I think I just found my forever dental office/dentist with the team that works there!

I was very impressed they almost had 5 stars! So I decided to check them out. Gave them a call they answered right away and were able to schedule an initial checkup appointment for me that same week! As I went into the office I noticed it was very clean and even had courtesy water for me. In addition the staff were so welcoming Jasmin checked me in and reassured to me that I was in good hands since I mentioned to her I was terrified of going to the dentists after some bad experiences. In the end I was scheduled to come back for some dental work, I was kinda nervous but the staff were so supportive! I was able to relax throughout the entire process. The doctor was very patient with me and throughout my procedure I was in absolute no pain. I can now safely say I am no longer scared of the dentist! Thanks to the office of James Y. I didn't feel pressured into getting cavities fixed right away. She let me know which tooth is affected and what can get it worse. She educated me on prevention. The office staff correctly looked at insurance and how much is covered and what's not covered. I verified everything they charged was correct. All the staff including the hygienist was very nice. The hygienist was very thorough and was very gentle. Located inside PIH building. Plenty of parking but parking is very small when backing out of your car.
