( this is 3/16/23 masks don't work we know that now) probably more about lunch money than anything, especially since the mask will be removed for a teeth cleaning. (Never even wear the mask. The dental chair is 10 feet from the waiting room) after taking my x-rays and making me wait in the chair for more than 20 minutes. I originally went into their office by a referral of a close friend- my wisdom teeth have been bothering me for a week. I went into their office, was greeted by Letty who was extremely patient with me. I was seen right away and after my X-rays were taken, I was explained with great concern from the dentist why they wouldn't be able to do my extraction, and if I was a family member, they wouldn't do it. Which shows to me they aren't in it for the money, they genuinely want to help. Even though they weren't able to help me, they recommended an oral surgeon down the street. The appointment went n its entirety was about 15 minutes long, which is unheard of! I will definitely be coming here again and recommending all my friends here!

Not a place I would want to receive oral surgery for concerns of cleanliness and lack of use of new tools, etc. Everything looked archaic down to the fans in the room. The front desk woman, who I think is his wife named Carrie, was polite if you don't cross her. But I had concerns with a bill received and then she was very rude and defensive on the phone- not answering my questions and dodging the point of my call. They did not inform me of the cost or the name of the consultation service that I received that day (which was actually an eval) and thus did not tell me they would be billing insurance or for how much. While I have dental insurance, I like to know what is being done and appreciate up front and honest care. I instead went to see Dr. Scheines in Cerritos for my gingival graft and she took over 40 minutes answering my questions alone and explaining the process of the procedure to me. Her office also gave a complete breakdown on paper of the cost of the evaluation, plus the cost of surgery, and what insurance would cover. I highly recommend her care and her renovated office feels clean and modern!

They also said they couldn't reschedule at that time. Went in today to have a consultation about my concerns of my top teeth having uneven ridges. When I got braces earlier in my life, the bottom bracket grind my top front tooth uneven and it bothered me for years. I thought composite bonding would be the best solution. Dr. Lee instead recommended shaving down the teeth for more reliable and easier solution that achieved more long term results (composite could chip or yellow over time). I agreed to shave down 6 teeth for a balanced result, which I was happy with because my super sharp canines had also been bothering me. They worked with me financially and offered a good discount to make sure I did all the teeth together for the best result. They always go over pricing and are very transparent before any type of treatment, which is very appreciated. Dr. Lee cared about my opinion and even asked if I had preference for the tooth shape. I'm very very pleased with the result. They run a great office here. If your insurance is accepted here, look nowhere else!
