And was a teenager and didn't understand that as a patient I had rights. Also I thought I was pregnant but wasn't and had a unusual condition and felt like a freak show. The doctor as extremely rude and said some really nasty things and inconsiderate to how scared and anxious I was. Just a question, why don't they have dentists at hospitals. They really should because dental emergencies happen a lot and usually happen during time dentists are closed and it's extremely painful. I went in for a female exam and was told I should get a pelvic ultrasound but the referral was never sent through so I never got it. Found out it was food allergies to begin with. Glad it wasn't something serious or else that wouldn't have been good considering I inquired and they dropped the ball. My family also had a very frustrating experience with repeated concerns being ignored until lo and behold it was what they were concerned about to begin with. Their child suffered for months as a result. Needed a referral for physical therapy from a car accident-got the run around so much already I'm finally choosing to go somewhere else, not even going to try and visit them for my concerns. I'm tired of getting a bill for literally nothing outside of what I can find on the internet.

What did I have to lose? I was desperate for any improvement as 6 more weeks seemed like an eternity! I went to the first available acupuncturist I could find within my insurance network and after 1 visit, I didn't feel any improvement, nor did I expect to after 1 session, but since I was desperate, I thought I might as double down and try another acupuncturist the same week that a friend recommended and up my chances. This visit was with the incredible Jeremy Rothenberg. On our first meeting, he allowed ample time to listen to my concerns and issues and was genuinely anxious to do everything he could to rid me of my ailments right then and there. After that first session with him, it was like "MAGIC!" I exclaimed as I got up from his acupuncture table and felt NO pain instantly. It seemed impossible since my pain was so severe, I was mystified and amazed at the same time. The pain reappeared later that day but to have been relieved of it for even hours, was simply a miracle. I quickly booked up Jeremy's calendar and returned as often as I could for these miraculous sessions and with each session, the absence of pain grew longer and before I knew it, I delivered my healthy baby boy (with a much easier delivery than my first which I wouldn't be surprised is also a result of my acupuncture treatments with Jeremy). Thankfully, after the birth, my SPD and belly aches disappeared immediately and entirely, but once I am out of the newborn phase and more independent, I plan to return to Jeremy's office to maintain my overall good health and I recommend him to everyone I can in the meantime! The latest thing was my left shoulder had been oddly impinged when trying to raise it up (like when you put on a coat). Once again, a few needles and it improved greatly. Of course I went in a few more times to make sure the channel stayed open. I like to combine the acupuncture session with a cranio-sacral session. David is so calm and thoughtful. I know I can count on him to really pay attention to what I need. I cannot recommend him more highly.
