I had CO2 laser here in March 2025 and the care of service was terrible and the results are worse…read more I went in for my consult with Dr. Soleymani and described in great detail what I hoped to get out of the procedure/improvements to my face/skin. Dr. explained there was a very aggressive option and one that was milder. It was agreed upon by both of us that I would have the more aggressive procedure which I was totally fine with. They gave me several pages of instructions, what to expect from the procedure, aftercare and products I needed to purchase (not from them but from Target/Amazon, etc.) The Dr. made a point of saying they always call several times to check on the patient between the procedure and the follow-up appointment, he'd provide a cell number so I could reach out at anytime if I had issues between appointments, blah blah blah. I made the appointment for the extra AGGRESSIVE laser and was charged and paid in full for that procedure. I studied the instructions intently, stocked up on the required products, and eagerly awaited my appointment. Day of the nurse numbed up my face, the Dr. comes in and asks, "so what are we doing? We're not doing the full blown (something like that) CO2 are we? I don't think you need to go that deep...how much did you pay?" I'm thinking, 'are you KIDDING me??' 'How much did I pay?' For real? And now you aren't going to perform the procedure that was originally planned?? I protested and reminded him that yes indeed the full blown procedure was what "we" were doing, however, by this point my face was all numb and I had a numbing injection, not to mention a Valium (that they provided, I didn't just pop one in before I got there) that made speaking difficult and debating impossible. Long story short, I didn't receive the extreme, aggressive laser treatment (that I paid for). I never received a phone call or any communication from the office after the procedure between appointments, and the whole experience was so disappointing and frustrating. Never heard from them again. After several months of healing my skin looked worse than before I ever had the procedure and I ended up going to another dermatologist that prescribed Tretinoin and hydroquinone to help with the mess the laser left behind. Now 9 months later the topicals have made an improvement but my skin still looks worse than before the laser treatment. I wasted 3k and didn't even get what I originally paid for, it's so frustrating. I do want to mention I had fractional laser treatment about 14 years ago and the results were outstanding! My skin was gorgeous for a few years!! I thought the CO2 would be more appropriate this time around because I am that much older and felt, based on my research, would be better for my older skin. The Dr. did ask me at the end of the CO2 if I'd ever had micro needling (or whatever it's called) and that I should consider that. WHAT? You're advising me of this now??? This practice might be great for all other dermatological procedures, but I wouldn't use them for cosmetic procedures. Based on other reviews from patients that have addressed issues with this practice resulting in no resolve, I'm not going to bother trying to get mine. Rather, I'm going to write a letter of complaint to the state board just so it's on record and that's probably the best I can expect.

With skin cancer biopsy results should be turned in 2 days! Then they would not release and send all the report to a large medical center. They clearly were pissed I would not use them for my care. I woke up one morning, on a Saturday nonetheless, with a strange rash on my side. I called around and no one was available. I happened to find Dr. Whittington's website online and called his office which linked me to the emergency number. He answered himself and said he will see me in 20 minutes! Wow talk about commitment. He saw me right away and diagnosed me with shingles. He explained that since it was caught quickly it should be able to be controlled and heal fairly soon. I have heard nasty stories of shingles wrecking havoc and causing incredible amounts of nerve pain but since mine was treated so quickly I didn't experience any of it. To this day I am very thankful for Dr. Whittington taking time out of his busy day to see me. If you have any skin issues please don't hesitate to give them a call. You will love him!

Gabriel J. Martinez-Diaz, MD, FAAAAT. HORRIBLE!!!…read more My visit with this dermatologist was one of the most unpleasant medical experiences I've ever had. He has no bedside manner whatsoever--rude, dismissive, and condescending from the moment he walked in. He barely listened to my concerns, talked down to me, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. When I tried to explain the ongoing skin issues I was having, he didn't bother to examine the areas I pointed out. Instead, he brushed it off, said it was "just acne," and handed me a couple of sample products as if that would solve everything. I left the appointment feeling completely unheard and disrespected. It's been over a year since that visit, and there was no improvement from his so-called "treatment." I sought out another dermatologist afterward, who actually listened, ran tests, and provided a real diagnosis--something this doctor never even attempted. If you're looking for a doctor who cares about their patients, look elsewhere. This one seems more interested in rushing people out the door than offering any real help.

Unfortunately, the most important part of the visit, my 1:1 time with the doctor, was lacking. That is the driving factor that will bring me back to any business. This was my first time meeting Dr. Sheth. She was nice but didn't provide me with much clarity about ways to improve my skin other than purchasing their offered skin care products. After leaving my room, I remembered a question about my skin that I quickly wanted to ask her so I had asked her PA if she can ask her to come back for a quick moment. I heard her asking the doctor and she refused to come back in my room. She told her PA she'd answer it at my next visit. Well, my question would have taken less than a minute to answer. It's the little things that bring patients back and unfortunately I will not be back as a patient. I visit the dermatologist about once a year for an overall skin check up. Last year, when I visited this place I saw their nurse practitioner (who no longer works there). She was wonderful. I had hoped to go back and see her but she is gone. Front office staff does have an attitude but that doesn't matter to me as long as my experience with the doctor is a positive one. Do your homework.

In my first experience with this, they prescribed the wrong antibiotics for my son on a Friday. Not a huge deal if they would respond to urgent messages, but they don't, so I had to drive back to the office after 6 hours, or risk my son going the weekend without antibiotics. They also permit "same day" and next day appointments, but make no effort to actually book them so you'll be left in the balance wondering if you have an appointment or not. As far as I can tell, they simply do not prioritize communication, which is unfortunate given that good medical care is built on good communication. I looked past all of that because of convenience, but today my 16 year old went today for a follow-up appointment and they demanded payment for an appointment she had 3 weeks ago before they would see her. I haven't received a bill or an EOB so over the phone I asked that they see her and send her home with an invoice. Again, this is not an overdue balance - the insurance claim probably just settled from a visit 21 days ago. I think it's pretty reasonable to ask to see what I'm being asked to pay, what insurance paid, etc. They refused to see her, so she once again wasted her time. My family is taking our business elsewhere.
