When I asked to speak with a Manager when she got caught in a lie, she placed me on hold for well over 10 minutes. I then tried calling back and noone answered the phone. Instead I got a text that someone would call me back. Noone did. The sad part is these young people represent the doctor and then they wonder why they are losing business. I am happy to say we have found our family dermatologist. I went in to have a suspicious spot on my nose checked. It turned out to be basal cell cancer. Dr. Soleymani was extremely knowledgeable and genuine when addressing my questions and concerns regarding the Mohs procedure. Dr. Soleymani and his staff were as gentle as they could possibly be with the procedure. He did an excellent job closing my wound to create minimal scarring. I had my procedure on a Thursday and was scheduled to have the stitches removed the following Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a follow up call from Dr. Soleymani on the Monday after my procedure checking to see how everything was healing over the weekend. It really shows that he truly cares about his patients.

I happened to find Dr. Whittington's website online and called his office which linked me to the emergency number. He answered himself and said he will see me in 20 minutes! Wow talk about commitment. He saw me right away and diagnosed me with shingles. He explained that since it was caught quickly it should be able to be controlled and heal fairly soon. I have heard nasty stories of shingles wrecking havoc and causing incredible amounts of nerve pain but since mine was treated so quickly I didn't experience any of it. The nurse/medical assistant was a very friendly professional male (sorry, I didn't catch your name). Mary Kate did a full body check and then discussed her findings and my options. I was initially referred for a facial mole that had begun to change. Mary Kate also found a couple of other suspicious moles, and she was able to remove all 3 during my initial visit which was an awesome time saver. She thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all of my questions, discussed after care, provided some gauze and petroleum jelly for the road, and provided a sheet of aftercare instructions showing what to expect in the coming days. So far, everything is healing as expected. I will continue to seek treatment here and would recommend Mary Kate without hesitation.

In my first experience with this, they prescribed the wrong antibiotics for my son on a Friday. Not a huge deal if they would respond to urgent messages, but they don't, so I had to drive back to the office after 6 hours, or risk my son going the weekend without antibiotics. They also permit "same day" and next day appointments, but make no effort to actually book them so you'll be left in the balance wondering if you have an appointment or not. As far as I can tell, they simply do not prioritize communication, which is unfortunate given that good medical care is built on good communication. I looked past all of that because of convenience, but today my 16 year old went today for a follow-up appointment and they demanded payment for an appointment she had 3 weeks ago before they would see her. I haven't received a bill or an EOB so over the phone I asked that they see her and send her home with an invoice. Again, this is not an overdue balance - the insurance claim probably just settled from a visit 21 days ago. I think it's pretty reasonable to ask to see what I'm being asked to pay, what insurance paid, etc. They refused to see her, so she once again wasted her time. My family is taking our business elsewhere.

I booked an appointment here because I needed help with a cosmetic issue and was able to snag an appointment by submitting a form and emailing with their scheduler. The check in was smooth and the nurse helping me took notes about my issues (after telling me that I was limited to 3) and the proceeded to say (after chatting with the doctor) that I didn't book a cosmetic appointment and they would need $250 now and a portion of that would be used toward a procedure. The doctor didn't even come in to tell me this, she instructed the intake nurse to do that. What frustrated me is that I specifically spelled out what I needed in the intake form, their scheduler incorrectly categorized my appointment, then I was told that I booked the wrong thing when I couldn't even book anything on my end in the first place. There was no offer of a consult (due to their oversight), and no conversation offered with the doctor, it was just pay $250 right now or leave. The lack of transparency was disheartening and the pressure to make an on the spot decision about something so serious (without chatting with the doctor) was unprofessional. I easily would have paid the fee had they apologized for their oversight but the attitude was so "take it or leave it" that I had lost trust. Reader, you'll likely end up going for a visit (like I did haha), but I regret it for what it's worth!
