Been to this CommonSpirit twice. 1st was a new patient appointment to establish a relationship, 2nd was for a physical. Both appointments were great. The front desk folks were friendly and efficient. Not a long wait for my visits which was nice. Dr. Dallas was awesome. Listened to and addressed my concerns. Based on my vitals, he made a slight adjustment to my meds which worked. read more

Unresponsive to efforts to contact them in times of urgent need. They are disorganized and poor poor response to questions of urgent matters

Not enough call reps. You have to wait sometimes up to a whole hour or MORE just to make a same day sick appointment. Shame. Some of your doctors are ok, had to go through 3 different doctors before finding one that would listen to my concerns. read more

Just got off the phone with a very unprofessional medical assistant that wasn't willing to listen to what I had to say. She kept talking over me and when I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to she told me she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me. All I was trying to do was get a medication refilled. read more

Have not had a good experience with this clinic. The providers are good, but they are just so busy, and there is a lot of turn over in providers. They don't remember you or follow up. Every time I needed to call I would wait on hold for 30-60 minutes just to make an appointment. At one point I needed to cancel an appointment and I waited on hold forever and then got hung up on so I wasn't able to cancel as I wasn't willing to wait on hold for another hour to get hung up on again. I did have a good experience with a midwife, but my next appointment was always scheduled while I was there, so I always saw the same person and I didn't have to call to call to make an appointment. However, the times that I have had to call have made me strongly consider finding a new provider. read more

I am calling from another provider's office to follow up on a referral for a mutual patient to clarify what services the client is being referred for. I am unsure if we can provide appropriate services and do not wish to waste the patient's time or money by having them see us if unnecessary. When I call 303.925.4210 and select opt. 2 for providers, I get a prerecorded message every time stating that they are busy providing direct patient care and directing me to call them back at the very same number I just called. I have now called over a dozen times in an attempt to coordinate care for this patient, selecting options that do not apply to my situation in a desperate attempt to speak to a human- ANY HUMAN- at this practice. The one person in scheduling whom I did speak to attempted to transfer me to the nurse triage line, but the call was dropped, in addition to two other calls made with other options being selected. As a fellow provider I am shocked at the lack of professionalism shown by this practice. Never have I had such difficulty communicating with another provider. I have now spent nearly an hour of my time across two different dates in an attempt to clarify this referral. I have a strong desire to take care of our patients and provide the best possible coordination of care, which includes not providing and billing them for services they don't need. If I were a patient of this practice, I would go elsewhere. read more

Made an appointment with Brianne and had to schedule 3 weeks out, appointment day comes and she's not in office and people in office didn't attempt to let me know until I showed up. Left work to be told they can't even to simple testing. read more

They are horrible. It used to be that you could call the doctors office and talk with an MA or at least leave a message and they would call you back. They don't do that anymore. It is impossible to get a hold of your doctors office with them. You have to call scheduling and do everything through them but they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. You will be on hold forever before you get to talk to someone and good luck if your message gets through to read more

We see Breanne Houge and she's fantastic. We've also seen Krystal Starnes and she's great too. They engage will with kids, and get us in quickly even though they're busy. read more
