I know the address sounds like it is a magical made up place. Anyways I got there around 5pm and met Bill, He had me go though exercises to measure my strength, flexibility and endurance. Bill went over my results comparing me to where average was for my age, asked me if I was interested, I said yes and put his hand out towards mine we shook on it, I setup two 30 minute sessions a week. I have experienced lower back issues since I was in high school. I have tried Yoga and exercise in the past, but I would eventually experience too much pain to continue and make it a regular practice. This is why I choose to involve a professional to help me make an attempt to fix my back with exercise. I really didn't expect to see positive side effects so quickly. But within a few weeks, I started to notice I wasn't hurting. Then after a few months I started to notice my muscles are getting toned. Now that I'm 18 or so weeks into this process my life has changed so much for the better. I noticed this morning with snow shoveling I just blasted though the drive way and it was easier than I ever remembered. Overall, my experience with Personal Training at Transcending Horizons is positive. I am writing my review as I am starting to get excited for my workout tonight after work.
