He lacked empathy and didn't provide the service I requested. He focused on the temples and cheeks which caused the hollowness under my eyes to get worse. He did not inject above the knuckles as discussed, so the hands are unbalanced. In a follow up meeting I was crying and he told me to stop as that would affect his pictures. At this point, I have permanent dark discoloration beneath my eyes, prominent veins that were not previously visible, asymmetry, and worsening of the hollow appearance I paid to have corrected. In building up the cheeks, which was not the service I requested, this made the hollows even more sunken than before. The entire tear trough area has a dark grey line from the nose to the outer eye. The fat transfer to my hands did not take, making that ineffective as well. I am worse off now than I was before and have to find a new doctor to fix this mess. Do not recommend, check his reviews.

The staff there needs retraining. The nurse was told to order the MRI for my dad as urgent and she did not so I was not able to schedule it for 2 days then Wellstar demanded an additional 5 for insurance approval, which was not required as I had already contacted insurance. I left a message on the portal, it was ignored. I called the nurse called back saying she made an error. She reordered the MRI as urgent and I immediately got it scheduled, 2 days behind what the doctor ordered. The next day the office called to cancel my appointment (that Dr. Jones said was urgent), because they needed Dr. Jones to handle another patient. I was told this patient was a "big thing". My Dad is also a "big thing". I spoke with the office manager who assured me we would see Dr. Jones but a bit later than scheduled. Meanwhile Dr. Jones was trying to help my Dad. He reviewed the MRI and consulted with other doctors. He called me (not my communication preference on the portal) and told me NOT TO COME IN for my appt but to see a surgeon he had spoken to. I did not get this voicemail. The appointment was not cancelled, I brought my 89 year old father back down there and waited an hour. No one told me we weren't even seeing the doctor. No portal message, no text (preferred method of communication), no email and no notice when we checked in and waited an hour. I spoke to 2 more people who run the practice. One was very kind and one was defensive. I was upset and explained that Dr. Jones went above and beyond but I had 4 unanswered messages in the portal over a week's time, no one in the office cancelled the appointment as Dr. Jones requested and then I was spoken to quite rudely by a manager. So, look elsewhere and save yourself some grief.

Dr. McNeel is such a great plastic surgeon! I wanted a natural look and give some volume to fill out shirts/dresses and I could not be happier with the result. The surgery went great, recovery was well explained and managed and follow-ups went easily. I am so happy with the result and love having my confidence back after having kids and going into the summer months. Could not recommend him and Marietta plastic surgery enough!!!

I felt they should have discounted that procedure or do something for all the money I paid the first go around. He claimed I had scare tissue and that is why the initial surgery didn't work. He did not mention any scar tissue once he performed the first surgery. I feel like he could have worked with me. Even though I spoke with office manager. Still they did nothing for me. I left spending a lot of money with no difference and no compensation. Be careful going here. Supposedly he does this surgery all day.

If I could leave zero stars, I would…read more During my appointment, the doctor examined my nail and clearly diagnosed my condition. After that, she clipped part of the nail and said very vaguely that it was something she "might need in case there were issues with insurance approvals." At no point did she explain that 1.) this was a prerequisite for oral medication prescription, 2.) that the biopsy would result in additional charges, or 3.) that the sample would be sent to an outside lab for pathology testing. In fact, the way it was presented to me made it seem like I did not have a choice. Fast forward to today when I received nearly $400 in additional bills due to the nail biopsy and pathology lab testing. Mind you, Dr. Iwu had already determined my condition, so the biopsy and lab testing were not medically necessary. When I spoke with her after receiving the bill, she insisted she had explained the reason behind the biopsy (NOT TRUE) and how dare I question her. She also told me I "should have known" the sample would be sent to a lab. I am sorry, but last time I checked, I am not a medical professional, so why would or should I know this? Clear communication and asking for informed consent are the doctor's responsibility - not the patients. What's most disappointing is that despite acknowledging the situation as confusing, Dr. Iwu refused to work with me in any way on the bill. TRUST ME -- AVOID HER OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!! Dr. Iwu does not operate in good faith and only wants your money. She does not care about your health. Better alternatives: Marietta Podiatry Group Gauld Foot and Ankle Village Podiatry Kennestone

The worst botox experience. If you want to waste 550$ on…read moreforehead botox this is your place! Botox shouldnt cost this much first of all, I got hustled. They charge per section rather than units. Find a place that charges per unit, becuase everyone is different when it comes to the amount of units needed. The gentleman who administered the botox was MR DEPEW. He did 2 sections, my forehead and 11 lines. He is clearly VERY INEXPERIENCED. He injected way too much botox, and it caused my eyebrows to drop dramatically. He hooded my eyes so bad, I could barely open them. The skin is sagging so much, that my eyelashes began to hold the skin up. I've been in pain, I can barely open my eyes, they're so heavy, and I look 20 years older. They sag so much that it start creating bags under my eyes. So instead of having a flawless look from botox, I've got extremely hooded eyes, and look sooooo much older. I should have ran out the door when he was manically telling me how he injects himself with botox all the time. He seemed a little to excited to be doing the treatment, bc he put way too much in my forehead. He told me after he injected me if there was an issue he would give a free touch up to fix any issues. 9 days after the botox, I called and drove 90minutes to come in and express my concerns, I showed him how bad it was, and started tugging at my very saggy eyelids. I was in tears. I told him how much pain I was in, and asked if he can raise the hooded eyes, even just a little. He said he wouldn't do anything about it, and he put too much botox in, and wouldn't put that much botox in next time. Well there won't be a next time. I called again at day 14 bc of the anxiety and pain it was causing my eyes. I was told he would call me back. This was on a Friday. And of course he never called me back. So they closed for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday. Monday I got a call from them saying I could come in and speak to him about it again. I respectfully declined at this point becuase I do not trust MR DEPEW at all to ever touch my face. Especially after he blew me off, after he promised the free touch up. He didn't keep his word. So now I'm out 550$ with my eyes looking like this for 3 months. This is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend this. They may do better work in other areas, but what happens if a problem arises, like it happened to me. Do you want them to blow you off and let you suffer? THEYRE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but once they have your money, your nothing to them...You would want someone who will correct the issue, and not act manic when injecting botox or giving you surgery. I cant even imagine letting this guy give me surgery. That's a HARD NO FOR ME. See photos below and you can see the skin overlapping. The photos that are flawless are BEFORE BOTOX. The hooded eyes are AFTER THE BOTOX. UGHHHHH ITS HORRIBLE. Please don't give these people your money for botox.
