Dr. Lintner ruined my breasts. I would not recommend anyone go to him for breast augmentation. He chose the wrong implant size, placed the implants incorrectly, and did not properly release the muscle, which resulted in an improperly formed implant pocket. read more

I had fat transfer surgery with Dr. Lintner February 2026 to address volume loss under my eyes and in my hands. The procedure was painful and had poor results. He lacked empathy and didn't provide the service I requested. He focused on the temples and cheeks which caused the hollowness under my eyes to get worse. He did not inject above the knuckles as discussed, so the hands are unbalanced. In a follow up meeting I was crying and he told me to stop as that would affect his pictures. At this point, I have permanent dark discoloration beneath my eyes, prominent veins that were not previously visible, asymmetry, and worsening of the hollow appearance I paid to have corrected. In building up the cheeks, which was not the service I requested, this made the hollows even more sunken than before. The entire tear trough area has a dark grey line from the nose to the outer eye. The fat transfer to my hands did not take, making that ineffective as well. I am worse off now than I was before and have to find a new doctor to fix this mess. Dr.linter is great it's surprising to see all the 1 star reviews on here. I had a breast augmentation and they healed amazing and look great! I can finally wear the type of dresses and tops I want to. He even removed a few moles and did my lip filler and everything turned out amazing. I'm 2 weeks post op so obviously not completely healed but even now if my breasts didn't heal anymore I'd still be in love with them! read more

I want to share that this surgery was a personal and deeply emotional experience for me- to have my breast implants removed. I wore breast implants inside my tiny chest wall - all together- for over 27 years. I am a small woman- weighing around 135 at 5'6" so that was a large task to ask of my body. My first set of implants at age 20- were 400cc saline- which turned into grapefruit looking objects after a couple of years- over the muscle. Total capsule with ripples and so forth. I had a replacement surgery to see if I could look more natural- 600cc smooth silicone under the muscle- in 2013. That surgery was 6 hours long and extremely painful/rough recovery. My right breast started to shift and change after about 2 years. I found out with this removal that the right implant was actually folded creating some deformity. So after 2 tries- this was the end of big boob seeking for me- and I pondered getting them out totally. I looked into Drs all over the country- but luckily- I located one very close to home. Dr Thomas Lintner. I went to Dr Lintner for a consult and he told me that I could be a good candidate for just a removal without a lift- and I had not really considered that option until he told me that I should think about it. Can I tell you that I am so glad that I had that chance?! I am recovering now- week #2 from explant under local and I am SO glad that I didn't get a lift. I did not want to have to cut my skin any more than needed for this healing journey. I have already put my body through really trying surgeries over the years and so this was such a relief for me. He was so kind and easy to talk to from start to finish. I am also so grateful for his staff who helped me so much through the whole process. The payment was easy (2G) and much more affordable than the 10G lift that is popular for removal. For now- I am happy to the moon and back. Still healing and learning how to assist my body in the recovery as all of us are different in how we heal- but no issues and all is on the right track. I can say this- not having something heavy (3lbs all in) inside my chest wall is so freeing and I love it. I love my little boobies- They are soft and feel organic and without Dr Lintner- I probably would have been led to get an unnecessary breast lift and lost all my amazing tissue with way more cost and more healing time. Not to mention that a lift requires nipple removal and replacement- Yikes! Now- my nipples are fully intact and they are mine right where God placed them. :) My body is plastic-free for the first time in 27 years and its because I had such a fantastic Dr to help me meet myself, my real organic and perfect boobs with natural skin and all- on the other side. Let's get this out of the way at the outset: I am a man. In the Army, I was a paratroop commando. In civilian life, I was a scuba diver, mountain climber, and marathon man. I am a Harley biker. Here's the point: I don't have to prove my "masculinity" creds to anybody. An unexpected divorce (notice that I did not say "unwelcome divorce") put me back on the open market. I had spent too many years in the wind, sun, and salt water, and I needed some sprucing up. If I was going back on the market, I wanted to bring my "A Game." So, yes: I am a guy who got a face lift. I needed to choose a plastic surgeon. I asked my General Practice physician for a referral. He recommended Dr. Lintner; he said Dr. Lintner was the surgeon he had selected to perform surgery on his wife. If Dr. Lintner is the surgeon whom other physicians select for their loved ones, that is a fine recommendation in and of itself. However, in the interests of due diligence, I interviewed four other health care providers. Dr. Lintner was invariably one of the top two surgeons they recommended in the Atlanta area. I met Dr. Lintner in person for a consult. His staff was perfect: friendly and professional. Dr. Lintner greeted me in the waiting room personally and took me to a consulting room. The consulting room was more like a study than a medical office; warm decor, overstuffed chairs, etc. There, he went through possible procedures in detail. He discussed alternatives. His explanations were clear and accurate. He was thorough, knowledgeable, frank, and patient. At this point, choosing him became a no-brainer. I elected for a full face lift. Although I liked every member of Dr. Linter's team, he has included one position that is a godsend: a "Patient Care Coordinator" (Sabrina). Sabrina immediately became my "button man (woman)": I called her with what I needed and it was like pushing a button. It got done. No repeat calls. No wending my way through layers of "Press 1 for X, Press 2 for Y." No messages. Just results. Three weeks after Dr. Lintner and I first met, I was in surgery. The surgery went perfectly. There was minimal bruising and swelling. There was no pain: just minor discomfort. These indicate a very good, clean surgical technique. Dr. Lintner genuinely cares about his patients. He scheduled several follow-up visits to ensure everything was healing properly and that I was satisfied with the results. At each one, he was again thorough and patient. I was not "satisfied" with the results: I was "thrilled." If you are interested in a procedure, I suggest that you meet Dr. Lintner and evaluate him for yourself. I highly recommend him. read more

I suppose it's ok to keep good reviews but when you write a negative one you're threatened with a lawsuit. My husband received a cease and desist letter while I was out of the country. He didn't bother to keep the letter, but basically the gist of it was for me to remove my review. If a doctor is relying on Yelp reviews and threatening lawsuits, it's your own fault if you decide to use them and your results don't turn out how you expect. read more

Back in 2005 I lost 70 lbs and struggled to be happy with myself for many years after. I had excessive skin around my abdomen and my breasts, for lack of a better description, looked like deflated balloons. It was in 2010 that I finally decided to do something about these issues, I was 25 and realized that I deserved to have a 25 year old's body. After asking around, many people had told me (and showed me) about Dr. Lintner and after looking at his website (and their results), I knew he was the surgeon for me. I set up a consultation and of course I was nervous, but I knew immediately once I got there that I was great hands. The staff was very comforting (even to my mom - she was a nervous wreck and was crying the whole time) and very informative, they made me feel like a family member instead of just another patient. The answered every question that I had and explained everything to me. I had a breast lift with augmentation, a full panniculectomy (tummy tuck w/o the muscles being tightened), and lipo in May 2011. The BEST decision I ever made! Dr. Lintner and his team were there for me throughout the whole recovery, even gave me his cell phone number to get in touch with him after hours. I knew exactly what to expect and if I had any questions, they answered them immediately. As far as the results, better than I ever could imagine! Even going on two years later, I'm continually pleased at how my body looks now. If I had known how great I was going to look and feel, I would have done this a lot sooner! After seeing my results, my mother (yes, the nervous wreck) decided to go see Dr. Lintner, as well. She ended up getting a breast reduction and a tummy tuck. It is now a year after her surgery and she still has people coming up to her saying how amazing she looks. She looks like a completely different person and you can see how much better she feels about herself. Hello, I have read some of these reviews and I am like one of the other posters ... It is as if you all are talking about a different Dr. Thomas Lintner and maybe someone should check into that ... My review is from a NON Patient Status (I am a WITNESS), to some awesome work done by Dr. Lintner on my Best FRIEND. Now, if you have a friend that is like family you know WE don't play .... Dr. Lintner came HIGHLY recommended besides a lot of Research was done. My friend had Breast Enlargement and a Tummy Tuck...my girl was in a lot of pain and I was her care taker.... now, for me, this was a very serious task and besides I did not like seeing her in pain so my job was to make her as comfortable as possible. To make a long story short ... I called Dr. Lintner 2 times understand me twice ... first, let me say this I am 56 years old and I have yet to experience a Dr. saying to me, quote, "Call me at anytime, with any question or problem you may have" and here is my number ... Dr. Lintner and his team where amazing. They answered every question and always went the extra mile. They made me feel not only like a beautiful woman again, but a normal one. I actually wore a bikini this year, after having the twins I thought that would never be possible. I could call any time of the day or night and they are continuing to make sure every thing is good months after other practices would have been done. Please search all reviews everywhere b4 choosing this surgeon. Do not believe his ads or supposed awards as they are bought. I am another that he botched beyond just typical risks. He will charm u on first visit and acts like he is listening to your needs then never wants to see u again b4 major surgery to discuss more detail. He already has a huge deposit so u r locked in then staff promises he will confirm details and draw on you everywhere at hospital. But then he barely talked to me at hospital even when i asked. When i came out of surgery asking why i was hurting and have huge dents in parts that i did not ask for plus find stomach muscles not even repaired, i was told i am just forgetting due to anestesia. Turns out he even cut corners n only gave me partial t/t even tho i payed for full to have upper muscle hernia repair so i went thru major surgery for no reason. Then hecontinued to deny even tho hospital records show. The worst part is his wife n staff are awful to u once they realize u r botched. His wife yells n begins cover up as other post says. I am left dented so bad my pants n clothes will never fit again and have damage to major nerve in areathat should never h ave been touched. They waited to fill out chart until months later then gear chart comments toward cover up. I have to take lyrica rest of my life n have many repair surgeries ahead yet he gets to walk away with my15k n forget. Dr. Lintner totally destroyed my body. It was like he had somebody else's chart day of my surgery and did opposite of everything I asked. And something is not right with him. I was to have repair of Upper stomach muscles separated from childbirth. I did not have stretch marks and little excess skin. He explained he would do minimal lipo on my love handles to help contour waist for better outcome. He made good impression on first visit but once he had money became difficult to talk to so staff assured me he would confirm details at hospital and draw on me. At surgery he hardly talked and did not draw on me. I expressed to nurse that i was concerned and she quickly rushed to say i was just nervous and i would be fine and pushed me to ignore my concerns. i came out of surgery with only my Lower stomach repaired making my upper stomach bulge worse and he did lipo on my butt and hips rather than waist and I had huge Dent across my right buttock and entire right hip gone leaving me lopsided. He left bulge my crotch so I look like I have penis and I had major Seroma on right side of stomach and hip for 2months from extreme damage. Worst part is instead of admitting he made mistake and help make right he denied issues and tried to lie about what occurred. When I questioned him about doing wrong stomach muscles he tried to say he repaired all muscles but I popped my stitches only to find when I got hospital records said "3/4 abdominoplasty" which most surgeons say that is not usual. I have been destroyed and in misery and worse I need to pay tons more for tons of surgery to attempt repairs but told they cannot fully repair..
