I want to share that this surgery was a personal and deeply emotional experience for me- to have my…read morebreast implants removed. I wore breast implants inside my tiny chest wall - all together- for over 27 years. I am a small woman- weighing around 135 at 5'6" so that was a large task to ask of my body. My first set of implants at age 20- were 400cc saline- which turned into grapefruit looking objects after a couple of years- over the muscle. Total capsule with ripples and so forth. I had a replacement surgery to see if I could look more natural- 600cc smooth silicone under the muscle- in 2013. That surgery was 6 hours long and extremely painful/rough recovery. My right breast started to shift and change after about 2 years. I found out with this removal that the right implant was actually folded creating some deformity. So after 2 tries- this was the end of big boob seeking for me- and I pondered getting them out totally. I looked into Drs all over the country- but luckily- I located one very close to home. Dr Thomas Lintner. I went to Dr Lintner for a consult and he told me that I could be a good candidate for just a removal without a lift- and I had not really considered that option until he told me that I should think about it. Can I tell you that I am so glad that I had that chance?! I am recovering now- week #2 from explant under local and I am SO glad that I didn't get a lift. I did not want to have to cut my skin any more than needed for this healing journey. I have already put my body through really trying surgeries over the years and so this was such a relief for me. He was so kind and easy to talk to from start to finish. I am also so grateful for his staff who helped me so much through the whole process. The payment was easy (2G) and much more affordable than the 10G lift that is popular for removal. For now- I am happy to the moon and back. Still healing and learning how to assist my body in the recovery as all of us are different in how we heal- but no issues and all is on the right track. I can say this- not having something heavy (3lbs all in) inside my chest wall is so freeing and I love it. I love my little boobies- They are soft and feel organic and without Dr Lintner- I probably would have been led to get an unnecessary breast lift and lost all my amazing tissue with way more cost and more healing time. Not to mention that a lift requires nipple removal and replacement- Yikes! Now- my nipples are fully intact and they are mine right where God placed them. :) My body is plastic-free for the first time in 27 years and its because I had such a fantastic Dr to help me meet myself, my real organic and perfect boobs with natural skin and all- on the other side. This is what I wanted- all natural- and this is what I have. Woohoo!!!

He lacked empathy and didn't provide the service I requested. He focused on the temples and cheeks which caused the hollowness under my eyes to get worse. He did not inject above the knuckles as discussed, so the hands are unbalanced. In a follow up meeting I was crying and he told me to stop as that would affect his pictures. At this point, I have permanent dark discoloration beneath my eyes, prominent veins that were not previously visible, asymmetry, and worsening of the hollow appearance I paid to have corrected. In building up the cheeks, which was not the service I requested, this made the hollows even more sunken than before. The entire tear trough area has a dark grey line from the nose to the outer eye. The fat transfer to my hands did not take, making that ineffective as well. I am worse off now than I was before and have to find a new doctor to fix this mess. Do not recommend, check his reviews.

Front office staff was laissez faire, and, not a deal breaker for me, but I noticed that no one had read my paperwork or looked at my medical records, despite them being provided for the practice. Ex: being asked "When was your last mammogram" when the mammogram results were already in their system AND were written about on my extensive paperwork that I filled out in the office, was a bit tedious. Also, the dr (and maybe it was just a busy day), was in and out pretty quickly. She was nice, but things felt a bit rushed. I was there to investigate a lump, and she performed the fastest ultrasound I've ever had (and I've had several). I'll stick with it and see how my follow up goes.

She did my biopsy today, and was very gentle and explained every step. There was minimal pain, and Sara, her assistant was very competent, efficient, and sweet. All the staff was very cheerful and kept me at ease. Although the biopsy itself only takes about 20 minutes, I was there for about 3 hours because of the time filling out paperwork, preparing, consultation, exam, etc. Right now I'm still a little sore, but not enough for an ibuprofen. MyChart says my biopsy results are already available, but I can't access them yet. So I'll call the office tomorrow. Excellent fast service, I highly recommend Dr Shroff.

The worst botox experience. If you want to waste 550$ on…read moreforehead botox this is your place! Botox shouldnt cost this much first of all, I got hustled. They charge per section rather than units. Find a place that charges per unit, becuase everyone is different when it comes to the amount of units needed. The gentleman who administered the botox was MR DEPEW. He did 2 sections, my forehead and 11 lines. He is clearly VERY INEXPERIENCED. He injected way too much botox, and it caused my eyebrows to drop dramatically. He hooded my eyes so bad, I could barely open them. The skin is sagging so much, that my eyelashes began to hold the skin up. I've been in pain, I can barely open my eyes, they're so heavy, and I look 20 years older. They sag so much that it start creating bags under my eyes. So instead of having a flawless look from botox, I've got extremely hooded eyes, and look sooooo much older. I should have ran out the door when he was manically telling me how he injects himself with botox all the time. He seemed a little to excited to be doing the treatment, bc he put way too much in my forehead. He told me after he injected me if there was an issue he would give a free touch up to fix any issues. 9 days after the botox, I called and drove 90minutes to come in and express my concerns, I showed him how bad it was, and started tugging at my very saggy eyelids. I was in tears. I told him how much pain I was in, and asked if he can raise the hooded eyes, even just a little. He said he wouldn't do anything about it, and he put too much botox in, and wouldn't put that much botox in next time. Well there won't be a next time. I called again at day 14 bc of the anxiety and pain it was causing my eyes. I was told he would call me back. This was on a Friday. And of course he never called me back. So they closed for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday. Monday I got a call from them saying I could come in and speak to him about it again. I respectfully declined at this point becuase I do not trust MR DEPEW at all to ever touch my face. Especially after he blew me off, after he promised the free touch up. He didn't keep his word. So now I'm out 550$ with my eyes looking like this for 3 months. This is not acceptable at all. I wouldn't recommend this. They may do better work in other areas, but what happens if a problem arises, like it happened to me. Do you want them to blow you off and let you suffer? THEYRE SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but once they have your money, your nothing to them...You would want someone who will correct the issue, and not act manic when injecting botox or giving you surgery. I cant even imagine letting this guy give me surgery. That's a HARD NO FOR ME.

I've been wanting to get a breast lift and augmentation done for a long time. Finally decided to have it done since I'm getting married. Came in for a consultation everything was great. I told the nurse that I'm allergic to tapes/adhesive so we did a tape test. The tape she gave me to test for a week was great no reaction. I told Dr. Colgrove my goal was to have my breast symmetric, have more of an upper pole, more volume and cleavage. I also brought in my goal picture. One of my breast is larger than the other, so we decided to go with an anchor lift and reduction on the side that was larger. The other breast I had a lollipop lift to position the nipple and to make both nipples a little bit smaller. I understand that they will not be twins. I just need them to look even and lifted with cleavage. I also paid to have the mesh(internal bra) put in so they would not bottom out or sag later on. I chose to go with 380cc Motiva round. He did 380cc on both side. Fast forward to surgery day. My surgery was on July 10th 2025. Everything was fine during surgery. When I came home I noticed that they had used a different tape on me, and not the one that we tested on my skin. Had an appointment to come back for post op the next day. The nurse removed the tape to change it and noticed that I had blisters and hives all over my breast. The Dr. did not come in the room to look at it or let me know what he did during surgery post op. He stood at the door and looked in and say come back in a few days and prescribed me steroids. I also told him I'm having pain in my armpit where he did the lift he said maybe because of the way my arm was positioned during surgery. So I didn't think anything of it since he's the Dr. and he probably knows best. Couple days later I came in he told me to stop the steroid and just use aquaphor and took off all the tapes. I think he finally realized that it was a tape allergy and not my body rejecting the implant. I'm not sure why they did the tape test on me and use a different tape during surgery. Obviously, they didn't put it in my chart or communicate with each other about it. So beware if you have a tape allergies. I'm almost 3 months post op and my skin is just now finally healing from the tape reaction. I noticed that the implant on my right breast where I had a lift and reduction kept moving into my armpit and slides up when I lay down and to the side. I addressed my concerns to him. I told him I think my pocket is too big so it's causing my implant to move around. He told me no it's because I'm dominant on my right hand so I need to continue to wear my surgical bra and no lifting or exercising. Did exactly what he told me to do. Came back a few weeks later reminded him again that my breast implant is still moving around and is very uncomfortable because I constantly would have to keep pushing it in, which is not right. He looked at it and said it still needs to drop and told me to stretch them and that to come back in a few weeks and left the room. I told the nurse I'm not sure why it's moving like that and she told me the pocket might be too big and asked me if I got the mesh. I said yes I did and I'm not sure why it's doing this if there's a mesh in there that's supposed to hold everything together. She told me to just remind him again when I come in a month and she told me that he said to keep doing my stretches. A month went by, did my stretches like he told me to do. Came in today reminded him again about the implant moving around and he said implants are supposed to move around and blamed it on me being right hand dominant again. He told me to not stretch on my right side and just do the left side. I said to him you told me to stretch both side the last time I was here and he said because it was tight the last time. Mind you, my right breast pocket was never tight! I'm not sure why my concerns were not charted and that he needed to be reminded every time. Everyone I know that got their breast aug done are right handed and they never had this issue. All he told me was we can't do anything now. I would have to wait until everything heals. Besides the breast pocket being too big, One breast is still bigger than the other side so it's pulling down. One nipple is larger than the other one and no cleavage because they are uneven and going to the side. Least to say, I always leave his office feeling disappointed because my concerns were just brushed off and never addressed.
