Chris stayed the course dealing with a couple of difficult buyers and got my home sold on the third try...his persistence paid off in getting the job done. I presented some additional burdens on his office by being on the road throughout the country while the process unfolded, but because his office staff embrace all technology available, we were able to do a professional presentation as well as consummate a sale. Special kudos to Nichol in the office, who went the extra mile in meeting with repairmen and inspectors to allow entry, since I was not available to do so. I only give 4 stars for responsiveness because occasionally I could not reach Chris regarding time-sensitive issues for a couple of days because of his military obligations on some weekends, but this is something that I can more than forgive, as I appreciate his service both past and present !! read more
