I had the referral sent again, filled out forms, and now I've been waiting for a week for a scheduling call back after I was told they would call back in a day or two. I can't seem to reach anyone via phone. They suggest trying the "chat" on the website but after waiting for a bit it just says "Sorry! Could not connect you to an agent, please try again." My paperwork is already on file and nothing has changed in the 4 months since I was last seen, so to be turned away for this is beyond words.
