Please save yourself the headaches of dealing with them. Where they are not horrible ppl or staff at the facility, they completely suck at their job as far as getting you situated with your insurance. The physical therapy is not the greatest either , you will get the bare minimum. We waited an entire month until I decided to take matters into my hands, I had to call & tried fixing it all myself. It's a headache because I obviously am not proficient with insurance or the sorts. They will give u every excuse in the book! From "your insurance hasn't approved" or "your physician hadn't signed the re-eval form". Then my physicians office would call & they would inform them & claim "oh we had the wrong fax #". Anywho, I wish I could charge them bk for all my sons time wasted waiting on them. My son did not receive the care he needed with them in a timely manner. I'm sorry to say this but Their insurance lady is a complete joke. And they need to fire her, but I'm sure she must be someone's wife, as there was always some kid in the bk going on (a child) in the bk ground every time I spoke with her. I did finally take my child elsewhere & thankfully they got him in immediately (we waited a week at the absolute most) Oddly enough they gave us 0 excuses or set backs. Please steer clear of this place, especially if you got children's Medicaid. They either don't value you or don't give 2 Go to the one by mr. Gattis, my son says even the therapy is phenomenal. Note to paradigm "get with the program"!!!! You are messing with ppls livelihoods here & you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! If I could sue you I would but obviously I don't have the means because I'm on public assistance for Medicaid! Good riddance & you reap what you sow! Even the staff at the other place joked with my son & chimed "ohhhh we got another paradigm victim" ‍ what a shame you all are. If I could choose 0 stars I would.....

Not only have I been a patient of Dr.Bill I also have been an employee. He has also worked on one…read moreof my sons when he started having keen pain from football. There is no one else I would trust to work on my family. He has gone above and beyond for so many of his patients and employees. I have never seen such a hardworking and dedicated doctor in west Texas. Most find a way NOT to work and Dr. Bill is the complete opposite, even coming in on weekends and holidays to take care of patients. He has more than earned my business and Trust.
