But the reason I'm leaving this review today is because I recently requested a quote to add my daughter my policy, vocee text message so it was very hear that I just needed a quote and was not just blindly adding her, well, Michaela's team decided to, once again, just make the change to my policy without me giving permission. So I got a much higher bill today. I called to office to clarify and was yelled at, interrupted, and treated like I'm stupid by someone named Cheryl. Michaela nor the agent I discussed to potential policy change with is willing to talk to me to sort this out.
