My experience with this office was frustration at their incompetence and excuses. It took 6 weeks to get my insurance cards, I had to ask 3 times to get proof of insurance sent to the bank where my car was financed and they cancelled one of my auto policies rather than adding the additional policy that I asked for. After trying to get my policy changed numerous times over the course of a few days, the weekend arrived and I was not followed through with leaving us without coverage. I decided to call Progressive and had insurance for the new boat in less than 7 minutes, no joke. In short, Jake from the commercials is a lie. I tried to stay local but I can't abide by ineptitude.
