My experience with this office was frustration at their incompetence and excuses. It took 6 weeks to get my insurance cards, I had to ask 3 times to get proof of insurance sent to the bank where my car was financed and they cancelled one of my auto policies rather than adding the additional policy that I asked for. Save yourself a big headache and a lot of frustration and take your insurance business elsewhere.
