Weekends were left alone scouring open houses. We is where we kept running across Lisa Morgan at open houses. After a solid month and a half of working with a part time agent, living in a hotel with our dog, spending thousands of dollars, our lives stuffed in storage pods; we decided to leave our part-time realtor and start working with Lisa Morgan. My realtor communicated to me that this home was to be deep cleaned, which it was not. In additon, Douglas Elliman (Ms. Sabin) a bedroom llight was to be fixed by an electrician, this was not completed until the 4 day after I moved into the home, Ms. Sabin called someone to change the fixture, Ms. Sabin stated in a text message, "to get a lamp." which I have the text. I left the seller stay a day in my home after closing, she was to be out by 12noon which I have a text message, the seller layed on a chase in my home, did not help the movers, my mover from Pittsburgh waited over 4 hours for the seller to leave. All agents were aware what occurred the day after closing and no one did anything about it. This was a stressful move. I will follow up with this matter in court. The seller called the police saying that I was not allowed in my own home. Please review the dog stains on the carpet that I removed, I had swollen eyes for days. D. Wilson
