My 86 year old grandma and sister(with little kids that are in car seats) vehicles were towed from this lot, yet at the same time, multiple other cars were parked in the exact same area and were not towed. But they were able to stay. There did not appear to be any consistent enforcement of the parking/towing rules, which felt unfair and selective. If towing is going to be enforced, it should be applied equally to all vehicles, not just a few. Also better towing signage should be better visible. It's not fair that they had to pay $400 plus dollars to get their car back and others could stay parked in that parking lot. I would not recommend doing business with these companies or property management companies. They aren't family friendly. They didn't have the decency to come ask us to move the car first.

Later, she admitted this should not have been done. When I asked for reimbursement, Jennifer responded with a message saying that their attorney would "defend their FREC complaint," which I found intimidating and unprofessional. I have already filed official complaints with the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and the Florida Attorney General's Office. I'm sharing this to help other buyers be cautious when dealing with this company.
