It looked more like a hoarder's garage than a legitimate business. They shoved my nearly new pressure washer into a pile of equipment like it was junk. The mechanics were completely incompetent. I clearly explained the issue--it was over-pressuring and needed an unloader valve--but they had no idea what they were doing. Instead of listening, they made ignorant comments about it possibly becoming a "boat anchor." That alone told me everything I needed to know. They refused to provide a drop-off receipt, which is unacceptable. After a full week of zero communication, I called and got brushed off. That's when I decided to go pick it up myself. What I walked into was unbelievable. My machine was sitting on a forklift, hanging off the edge, with the electrical cord ripped off. Then they claimed it wouldn't start--meanwhile, they had removed the very trigger switch that allows the machine to run. When I pointed that out, they just stood there clueless. This place is the definition of careless, disrespectful, and unqualified. They damaged my equipment, wasted my time, and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about.
