After getting the mower started they proceeded to do a full Spring service without asking and charged me over $450. I get the mower back and after a week the mower won't start, my fault for not thinking of the battery, but since I got an almost $500 service I thought the battery was checked. They came and got it and the battery was shot, I could walk to the business from my house and they charged me $90 to bring it there and look for 5 minutes to tell me the battery was shot and would not budge on it after they did a BS service and not checking the battery. Shame on me for not double checking their work after they brought it back. They said it started so I guess that was good enough. I will never use them again and hope others read these.
