They got back to me within a day or so of receiving my quote request. They had a great price and throughout the process they were great with communication. They also made it easy to pay the deposit and the balance by emailing me invoices, which I paid online. They handled all the communiation with my venue. I was happy with the quality of the chairs. Of course a few chairs had a knick/scratch in them, but these are rental chairs...you have to expect that. Seat cushions were comfortable. So great! I was trying to figure out what to do with the linens for my wedding (buying is cheaper…read morethan renting but colors are limited and then I'm stuck with them / my table rental place had some to rent but they were expensive and also limited in colors) when I came across the "Linen Hero" website in my searches. I was so excited because they had cheaper prices than anywhere else and a wide variety of colors to choose from. I was hoping to do something more than a white table cloth so I was excited at the possibilities they offered. Plus, since it was a rental, I wouldn't be saddled with laundering everything myself after then storing a couple dozen large tablecloths that I'd never use again. Best of both worlds! I was hemming and hawing between a few colors and saw that they had a showroom in Madison Heights so I figured I'd stop by when I was in the area next to see how they matched up to the online photos. I stopped by and sadly saw a sign on the door that said "by appointment only" but I figured since I was just looking at a color I might be able to just take a peek. The woman who greeted me, Devonna, was amazing right off the bat. She was already with a group but said that I was welcome to take a look then gave me her card to schedule an appointment later if I wanted to discuss more. We chatted a bit and she was so friendly and helpful that I decided right then and there that I would book an appointment to come back and work with her a bit more in depth. The shop itself isn't huge but it's nicely organized by color and they have a wide variety of textures, shades, and styles to choose from. They also vary in price point too from the lowest (a basic solid polyester which is what I was looking at) to more pricey (textured roses and patterns). They also carry other items to make your tables as fancy as you'd like (chargers, overlays, brooches) plus napkins and chair sashes/pads/covers. And the staff is there to help you put something really lovely together (hence the appointment requirement). Life got a bit busy so it was a few weeks after when I emailed her but she remembered me and what I needed right away. We booked a time for me to come in and I stopped by. Again, SO helpful! I was having second thoughts on what I had decided so I asked her for her expert opinion based on our centerpieces/flowers/decor and what I wanted to do with the tables and she gave me her opinion ("I like colors!") which is was what I was leaning towards as well. I was just nervous that it would all look too monochromatic with my flowers and such. She said, "I hate to have you come back in again but what if you came back with a mock up of your centerpieces and we could set a table to see if you like them?" I actually didn't mind returning since i'm in the area so often for meetings and such so I told her that would be a great idea. Just to be safe, though, she put in an order for the linens I was thinking of using since they were running low on them for my date. That way if I decided to use them I'd already have them and if I decided to go with something more neutral it'd be easy to secure those (since they have an abundance of white and ivory). I put my deposit down and left feeling so great about the whole experience. I go back next week for this "dry run" of sorts so I haven't 100% nailed down the order and of course I haven't had my wedding yet to comment on the delivery process but I will update this when I do. For the time being though, I couldn't be more happy and secure re: my choice to use them. And I can't wait to see what everything looks like all put together!

This is the second time that we rented nine 18 inch deep, 8 foot long, conference tables for a…read morewedding last year and also this year. This is our first review. The tables lined the perimeter of our pool and the perfect depth for single seating, facing the pool and each other. They were pretty rough looking but not a big deal once you have your fabric tablecloths over them. For the seating we rented 36 white, wooden chairs with padding, last year. They looked great. This year, we rented the white vinyl folding chairs and they were nice (just a little dirty) but the padded ones were a better choice, imo. The delivery and communication were smooth and no problems. We would definitely recommend this company for party rentals!

My friends & I have been bowling at North Hill this whole season since September. Really like the…read morecenter. The issue is the lanes. Wood lanes are not the problem. The problem is the way the lanes are oiled. Even though they use an oiling machine the programming is messed. Every week the shot has been inconsistent. While bowling in leagues we all averaged between 195 to 215. We dropped out of the league due to the late finishes in the evening. We keep our own averages & everyone has dropped to the 180's. This does not make the experience enjoyable to the average or below average bowler. This should be addressed. Personally I have been around bowling for over 30 years and have never seen such inconsistency.
