This is THE most outrageous customer service I have ever encountered. Don't buy from these guys!! I still have the shirt in the same packaging materials. I have wrote them up on Amazon, as well. My husband and I requested to review our final draft before submission (if you're reading this, make sure you do the same!) When we received it, there were countless typos & major errors.... wrong ZIP codes, my birthdate incorrect, and even a passport expiration date listed as the issue date, which could have gotten our case denied immediately. Instead of fixing these, we were told, "We're only human, we make mistakes too," and expected to proofread everything ourselves at home, then email them our corrections. After hours of stress, we submitted our revisions.. only to find many were ignored, leading to 5 rounds of back-and-forth revisions. We eventually had to go in person to finalize everything because even the "final" version still had mistakes. Most of the staff were friendly, but the person handling our case seemed impatient, as if we were taking too much of their time. For the price we paid, we shouldn't have had to do their job for them. They've also been great for additional services - letting in a technician when I wasn't available, house watching, etc.

Clearly, they didn't clean out & winterize the engine properly. We got charged another ridiculous amount of money for what was included on the bill from storing it. When we first picked it up for the season, they knew we were coming after hours & didn't put any gas in it so we needed Sea Tow's help. We didn't think to bring gas bc it's a short ride & we never had that problem in the past. After deciding to store it in our yard, we discovered these holes that could only have been caused by their storage methods. They painted over the holes. One had been taking on water. We will never use them again.

All I needed was a 220 outlet which was 6 feet from the breaker box and to my surprise I was charged $90 per hour per person, so I paid $180 per hour for an electrician and a helper the total came to over $500.00 for an outlet which by the way cost more than the brand new dryer I was hooking up. The were prompt and clean but otherwise.......YIKES
