Not only did I have to call time after time and explain this to several different people, but when I finally got Sarkella on the phone he also gave me the runaround. It felt like pulling teeth just to have my car cleaned up like they promised. He may know insurance but beware if you need a claim paid out- They have no problem taking your money but seem to be very cheap about paying out claims. One star because I did FINALLY get the work completed--- but dealing with them was a HUGE hassle on top of everything else.

If I could give this agent Jason Farkas zero stars I would, but I had to settle for one…read more He does not like you canceling policies with him. If you do be ready to be sent to collections a full year later for erroneous charges for canceled policies. Even the collection agency told me I should report him to the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services after taking me out of collections for a false fee. Then a couple of months later after receiving a REFUND from State Farm owed ME I received yet another bill stating it was for one week of the "in between" we did not know you had canceled your policy. After contact him yet again he once again stated it was for the one week period during the in-between gap and that I never let him know I was canceling. Let me remind you this is an entire year later. When i sent him a copy of the cancelation form his next excuse was "Oh it was sent directly to State Farm instead of my office". Pitiful excuse for an agent or business man.
