There's a restaurant called Martini's and a brew thru and a Car Repair Shop all in front of it. You just have to keep driving back. You will know you found it when you see the colorful seating and outdoor lights. The truck is also a bright pink color! We ordered the potato Dosa, the chicken fried rice and the chicken curry. His English was not the best but he understood what we wanted. He gave us a sample of tea while we waited. It was a beautiful sunny day so we sat at one of the tables. The wait was around 10 minutes and well worth it. We took the food home to share with my husband. I loved how everything was so fresh and flavorful. It's so delicious and authentic. The chicken fried rice was not the Chinese version but an Indian version with all the Indian flavors. The chicken in our curry did have some bones but I really enjoyed all the spices and flavors. It's my new favorite food truck if I want something spicy and different. I will be back!

The owners are Charles and Jarret. They're super personable individuals and were easy to talk with about their experiences with the business . I ordered the two sandwiches platter which comes with 3 sides. I had the Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Each came with coleslaw on top. My 3 sides were baked beans, Mac N Cheese and Cowboy Corn. I'll start with the sandwiches. Totally surprised by both sandwiches, they both had nice and moist meat that was smoked perfectly. The coleslaw on top just added that perfect crunch to the sandwich. I used Bangin Bourbon on one and Homestyle which was tangy and sweet. Both had great flavor. On to the sides. The Mac n Cheese was made with a Rotini style noodle and was made with Colby, Cheddar and Jack cheese. It was super flavorful. And finally there was the Cowboy Corn which of course had corn, peppers red and green made with a super flavorful sauce. So Tasty!! Almost forgot a star in the menu, the Baked Beans, OMG!!!! The pulled pork was nice and moist had a very nice flavor to it. The pork belly burnt end was so tender with the slightest crunch to the outside, super tasty. On to the sides. The baked beans had some bacon in them with a nice yummy sauce to them. I also got the macaroni and cheese which had a blend of several cheeses and then baked. Scrumptious. They now operate the take out business at this location from inside the building and the trucks are parked in the back. There is no indoor seating but you will get the same friendly service as downtown and they offer the exact menu as the one downtown other than items with french fries.
