I've never had the wine in NY so I was excited to try 5 in one go. They pick up at the Arsonel Wine and Liquor store and drive you around to 5 different places. The bus driver, Jim, was very nice and drove well. I definitely felt safe in his hands. The bus itself was nice. It had an on-board bathroom and was actually a really smooth ride for a bus. They were able to get you a good lunch/brunch buffet on the tour which was awesome. Jim seemed to have a good rapport with the owners of the wineries and that was super! This made the experience that much better. If you're into wine and need something to do on a Sunday, I would absolutely recommend this tour. :)

Christopher responded right away and was polite and organized and was able to pick me up at 3am the next day (9 hours after I contacted him) and shuttle me to SYR. He was prompt, drive quite well, and arrived with a clean car. I want to thank Christopher to kick off my day on time to help me finally get back home. We got a quote and invoice within 15 minutes. 4am on the day of our flight they were at our house not just on time but early! Friendly, courteous safe driver. Reliable transportation to the airport during odd times is almost impossible to find in Syracuse but CCS was there for us and fulfilled everything they said they would! 10/10 recommend!

She was pleasant, the fare was extremely reasonable and she deserves the kudos for making sure a stranger in a strange place could get home. The Hampton Inn made my taxi arrangements and they even checked to confirm I was scheduled. I made my flight with plenty of time to have a coffee preflight. It's an illegal charge and will be reported to the Taxi commission. I'm going to report your criminal behavior. Also, my wife called, 15 minutes after calling the first time ordering a cab, and they had "no record" of her previous call. It was the same dispatch both times. The second time is when the surcharge was being proposed. As a Modern City Taxi driver I would never charge $25.00 to boost someones car that is taking a ride from me. I'd simply run the clock as legally allowed, for 0.25 cent wait per 25 seconds that the cab is boosting the car. If it takes two minutes, it's $1.00, not a random flat $25.00. I'd also inform my customer of these charges beforehand. Know why? because that's what I'm legally allowed to do. $25.00 is not legally allowed. It's no different than loading groceries or helping an elderly out to their door. It's called common curiosity. Amey's obviously doesn't know what that is. I'll be attending the meeting next month and raising this concern to the commission.
