They are located right on the lake and you can swim off of the dock. There is no lifeguard however. My family and I visit there a few times each season. I highly recommend this place. Close to Kingston, ON, Watertown, and Sackets Harbor. If you have a pet be sure to bring their rabies certificates. The campground does require them. They have a small store that sells wood and ice as well as other things. You can also rent kayaks there. They have a propane filling station in case you need it also.

He called up to the main office to see if we could move our site along with the other three families that were camping with us. They were able to accommodate moving all four sites to a better location. The views are incredible here, including the sunsets. I am not an early riser so I did not see any of the sunrises. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. I would recommend bringing bikes for kids because the place is very big. The sites are a little small but I have been in tighter campgrounds before. This is a place I would definitely come back to again.

Which is the reason for the 3 stars. First, the seasonal rate increase. While we appreciate the gradual increase for us existing campers, the amount it's going up to is a bit extreme in my opinion compared to what we were at with the previous owners. Also, the jumping pillow hasn't been replaced and that was a huge hit with the kids. With the increase rate, I feel the jumping pillow should be replaced. The store was open sporadic hours and electric readings were not done on consistent dates each month. Again overall we love the campground and just stick to our group to relax and have a good time.

Quick story: I lost the brakes on my Polaris sled and couldn't find parts anywhere. They found the parts, stopped what they were doing to make the repair, and saved my trip! "WOW...THIS HOTEL IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED AT !!!!!!..." We drove 6 hours from our home to get there, it was sometime after midnight so I was prepared for bad attitudes and some kind of problem at the front desk since almost all of my experiences dealing with businesses of recent have been totally lacking of customer service and a feeling of owing them money instead of me paying them money for a promised service (that I rarely ever get) and them appreciating my choosing them to give my money to keep them in business and a paycheck ! So my wife(Catrina), and I (Lee), walk up and are greeted with big warm happy smiles and genuinely happy people named MONIQUE and KENNETH, who I am without a doubt sure, that if they could, would've come from behind that counter and hugged us as if Cat and I were relatives whom they haven't seen in years just came to stay at their house for a visit ! They were very friendly and accommodating offering us everything and anything to insure our comfort. These two employees are the ONLY REASON WHY I WOULD STAY EXCLUSIVELY AT HILTON PROPERTIES IN THE FUTURE. .. .....PERIOD !!! Also, I feel the same way about the young Hispanic woman who was working our wing cleaning our rooms, and the young black woman cleaning up around the common areas and hallways, she had a pixie type hair style and had a permanent big big smile on her face and spoke very little, but she really didn't have to speak, we knew she enjoyed helping people and more importantly she appeared to really love her job.I wish I would have gotten their names...i am very very sorry to these beautiful and perfect representatives of this company. I enjoyed the restaurant servers and the food quality as well, but not nearly as much as the aforementioned staff.
