My water meter box was leaking water, so this was an emergency. No running water in the house meaning no toilets, no showers or water out of the faucets. Reason for two different quotes was depending on the work.$325 if the plumber had to dig in the ground or if they had to go all the way under the sidewalk then $625. I called at 12:02pm and was told it would take 2 hours for someone to come. I got a call at 1:18pm that the plumber was 30 minutes away in route. Big help to my close friend. A pending buyer's plumbing inspection indicated leak and then that…read more(buyer's) plumber wanted $700 to "find the leak" on her newer house with no trees or anything. My friend refused buyer's plumber offer (and the pending buyer walked away.) The City inspected line from street to house ~ no problems! My friend always has low water bills, meter shows no activity when water not running, and she checked daily usage and no changes at all. Integrity reinspected and found absolutely no leak. Integrity suggested perhaps someone flushed a toilet before the earlier test was run and that may have given a false test. But we suspect SCAM by earlier inspection...with that plumber clearly knowing my friend's house sale was at stake. Thank you Integrity Plumbing for coming out so quickly, and being so considerate of my friend's very tiny budget by charging a very nominal fee.
