Terrible is an understatement! Technician made the absolute minimum efforts to try to find or replicate the leak and exhausted maybe 10 mins in those efforts. After leaving leak came back and technician supposedly replaced the wax ring but failed to seal the toilet to the floor. Claiming you don't seal toilets on a second floor. Also asked about dry wall repairs and said he needed to make a call and would be right back and next thing I look up to the technician driving off. Super professional! What an awesome experience!!!!! They handled everything with my home warranty group, I didn't have to do anything. We had a bad hot water heater, instead of going with another big bulky tank, we went with a tankless unit, Charles and the crew even took care of that as well. What a new hot water experience that has been, talk about HOT WATER!!!!!. They discarded the old huge bulky tank for us. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service and communication from F6 Plumbing. What started off as a smooth experience quickly turned into one of the most unprofessional and stressful service situations I've had to deal with. American Home Shield assigned F6 Plumbing to repair our hot water heater. The first technician came out the same day and was great--attentive, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a complete nightmare. After the hot water heater was installed, we were given a massive appointment window for Friday--8 AM to 5 PM. We rearranged our entire day, took off work, and waited at home for HOURS. No call. No update. No courtesy. Nothing. Finally, around 3 PM, I called F6 myself only to be told no one was ever scheduled to come. Chris blamed his boss for not calling, but that still doesn't explain why I received two different text messages with two different appointment times the day before. Chris promised--PROMISED--someone would be at my home Monday at 7:50 AM. We made arrangements AGAIN, missing more work because we were trying to be patient and give this company another chance. Well, guess what? Monday came. 7:50 AM came. 8:00 AM came. No one showed. I called at 8:02 AM and spoke with Brittany. Her tone was flat, cold, and unbothered. She casually told me the appointment was actually for Tuesday, not Monday. No explanation for the misinformation. No concern for the time and money we've lost. No accountability. Just a simple "sorry" with zero effort to fix anything. It felt dismissive and honestly insulting. Then--right after hanging up--I received an email confirming a Tuesday appointment. Again, no communication unless I chase it down. I even called the City of Glenn Heights to verify their system because F6 tried to deflect blame. The city confirmed their system is new but very easy to navigate, which only reinforced what I already knew: F6 Plumbing dropped the ball. Repeatedly. Completely. And instead of owning their mistakes, they pointed fingers and left the customer to deal with the fallout. This has cost us time. It has cost us money. It has caused unnecessary stress. And it all could have been avoided with honest communication and basic customer service. If you value your time, your work schedule, and your sanity, think twice before relying on F6 Plumbing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability is truly disappointing. read more

A service tech came promptly the same day we called. He was great, and diagnosed the problem. But F6 was not going to be able to get parts for five days. We went with our regular plumber who is going to get the parts in two days. For some reason, F6 was unable or unwilling to find a vendor who would ship overnight. Saving $18.00 on shipping cost them the job, and would have given us a hot water heater working four days sooner. This was arranged through the American Home Shield appliance warranty company, which may be part of the problem. read more

I asked 2 different people there if there is any way my leaking pipe could be fixed any cheaper, that I did not have an extra $1,200 to fix it right now. They told me NO, and offered me a financing plan instead. I called a different company, for a second opinion, they were able to fix my pipe right then, when they just came out to look at it, in less then 20 mins. (it wasn't even the pipe, it was the fitting to the pipe that was leaking).. cost me only $275.. F6 Plumbing wanted to charge me $1,175 to fix a simple 15-30 min job... Please be smart about choosing who you use to fix things you don't know much about. Companies like them like to take advantage of people like us. It's so sad. read more

This is a disreputable company that is a shill for home warranty companies. They've come to my home twice now through American Home Shield and have intentionally misstated the cause of the issue so that the home warranty company will deny the claim and they can charge full price. The example of my issue was a cracked toilet tank which they claimed was caused by a build up of pressure (in a toilet tank!). Their cost to install a $100 toilet: $700. Avoid these con artists at all cost. read more

I would give them a Zero. My Home Owner's Care plan sent them to repair my water heater. The serviceman that came out wasn't terribly friendly, very business like, giving me the facts. After checking my water heater, and supposedly checking with the plan company, told me my repairs weren't covered and I would have to pay over $700 out of my pocket. He told me that I needed to replace the tubing going into the water, install a shut off (supposedly mine didn't have one). I asked for a second opinion, and the company sent another company. Within an hour he repaired the water heater and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I asked about the shutoff, and he said I had one and showed it to me. I don't know if they were going to collect from the company and then also collect my out of pocket money. So, ZERO!!! read more

If you are looking for a reliable company who specializes in plumbing then look no further. My Tech was Micheal C. Prior to his arrival the company sent a electronic photo and brief description of the tech. He arrived on time. He asked me question about the problem . He examined the issue. He showed me what was causing the issue and how it could be fixed. Within the hour he had repaired my plumbing. He did a couple of test with me to insure me the repair was complete. He reviewed the warranty with me and ask if I had any questions. And with a smile I was up and running again. This is day 3 and my garbage disposal is still working. read more
