I took our two Pomeranians there for a few years and they did a decent job. When my largest Pom was hurt, and had problems standing on his rear legs, they decided they just didn't want to care for him any longer. He was pleasant and never threatened to hurt anyone, so it was just their lack of care. I took both to another groomer and they had no problem. Their attitude and disregard for my dogs was very disappointing. I won't encourage anyone to take their dogs their any longer. read more

Took my German Shepard in to get nails clipped. First time the dog went there so she was whining. Not barking or being loud, just quietly whining. They refused to clip her nails because the dog was nervous. The old lady working there was able to get her up on the harness with no effort. This is a 70lbs dog, if it didn't want her to, it could have certainly resisted a lot more. They refused service before they could even begin taking my contact information. TLDR: They refused service because the dog wasn't absolutely still and quiet on her first trip there. read more

Took my dober-boy in for a "just-in-case" flea bath...he goes outside where there is wildlife & I don't want a flea hitching a ride indoors. Chris uses a non toxic flea shampoo that leaves him smelling nice & flea-free. The staff is courteous, professional & very accommodating, regarding walk-ins/scheduling. Was a loyal client for years with many different pets. My last experience with Waggin Tails she shaved my Peek a Pom! We were told that she read the wrong card, and that his coat will grow back in a couple months!! No way will I bring any of my pets here. read more

I've been going here for a while now! Dropping my girl off in the morning and picking her up in the evening. They do such a wonderful job and treat their pups with care and compassion. I've yet to be let down. This time they offered a bib and came back with not only that but bows in her hair :) then they asked which fragrance I wanted sprayed on her. We had called another groomer to try to get our baby in and they were booked for 2 weeks. They actually recommended waggin Tails to us. Our dog is a bit temperamental, so he takes a small mg sedative before being groomed. They were very patient with him and I was thrilled with the way he looked after! We couldn't get into our regular groomer for our precious furkids. Chris'waggin'tails happy took them in for grooming. They were friendly when greeting us and our dogs. This set me at ease at leaving them in their care. When I picked them up, I was greeted again, with a smile and friendly greeting. Both our poodles looked wonderful, and groomed. Chris' had groomed him while he waited for a home, so we took him there because of his specific needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.
