Found out after, it was a family owned and run business. Rob is the owner. The person that hung up on me? His wife or daughter (I can presume by the name of Joyce). Look it up on their website.....they all have the same last name. I normally love family run businesses....but I will not support this one. Rob, you obviously don't know what your doing or how to treat people. To wrap this up, Rob did not know anything about the property he listed, could not answer any questions, and did not care about how he talks to or treats a customer. I submitted another message only to get an angry David Endicott calling me to acknowledge he was ignoring me. He further expressed he would not help because "he doesn't work for free." He then began attacking me with "Do you work for free? ". Of course, I do much in life for free, helping humans. I work in affordable housing.
