Unfortunately the new group was nowhere near the standard I expected for the prices they charge. Poor communication, forgetting about key elements of my project, and trying to upcharge me for providing no additional value are a sampling of the problems I had. I basically felt like my job was unimportant to them and an inconvenience. Again, the work itself is of high quality, but unless they fix their serious customer service problems, I can't recommend working with Hartert-Russell. I will not hire them again in the future.

He also remodeled the master bath and did a very creative install of multi section mirror/cabinet on a wall with a pocket door. And the floors, AMAZING FLOORS! The face frames for my base cabinets were not routed correctly and the replacements were exactly the same. Ended up having a local cabinet maker route the channels out correctly. The next issue was the drawer fronts on one cabinet and two doors for two different cabinets which were supposed to be made of Birch. Mine were MDF. The reason I found this out is I wanted the base cabinets to be a different color, so they were sanded...MDF shows up. Timberline said the drawer fronts and doors were supposed to be out of Birch but they would not take care of the problem that I had to have Shane deal with this issue. Shane is ignoring my emails. I will be filing with the consumer protection agencies on both these companies for bait and switch. Don't buy from Online Cabinets Direct or Timberlane. The quality is not there and the Customer Service is non-existent.
