We had a 1987 badly designed kitchen that was falling apart. They did a full gut and also remodeled a bar area in living room and laundry room. The price was very fair, the work was amazing. As expected a project this size was not without some challenge's. But the team at Design Craft was extremely responsive and was always on top of things. Here we sit a year later and there was a drawer that was not closing correctly. I called and they scheduled a team member to come out and they adjusted and fixed the drawer promptly. I am happy to recommend Design Craft to anyone. Their install teams are wonderful people and we welcomed them in our home. The work they did was solid, they do not cut corners. The office and design folks stopped by to check on things throughout project. Thank you Design Craft! Once, when we provided the materials for an install, we forgot the quarter rounds and transitions but they took care of that without adding a charge. They helped walk us through it all with ease, patience and professionalism. We felt listened to (like good family members) and felt we had a true advocate. We are so pleased with the install as it has transformed the bedroom. Also a very special mention to Dennis who was the project lead and a true craftsman. Wonderful re-build--bright shiny new walls and floor--which then made the 50 year old ceiling look really ugly, so unplanned new ceiling! They also did a few other things that made our lives easier--always with a smile! John shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will, with friendly, competent, hard working subs!
