I had another ER visit last night to Lebonheur. My three year old had the croup and was have…read morerespiratory challenges. We arrived via ambulance and received excellent care. This is the place to go with respiratory issues for children. They know exactly how to handle it and the staff is excellent with children. The paramedics wanted to take us to Baptist but from previous experience I knew how good they treat respiratory patients at Lebonheur. I don't think they like to drive downtown as it increases their call times and they have to wait for admitting, but I'm glad I insisted on Lebonheur. I hope there will not be a "next time." But if there is, I know where I'm going. I also learned the new addition is not open yet. It is still under construction.

After waiting an hour for an appointment the NP didn't bother to apologize and then rushed me through the appointment. When I asked follow up questions (she told me there was nothing wrong with me based on the MRI) she got impatient with me and suggested I go to an ENT. When I explained I had already been to an ENT she just gave up. She didn't seem to remember any of the symptoms that brought me in to the clinic in the first place and kept talking about my migraines which I reminded her I did not have. Never in my two appointments did I ever see an actual Neurologist. At a previous appointment when I put my foot down and asked to speak to a doctor (no offense to nurses) the woman who came acted like I was an idiot for suggesting that compression of the nerves in my neck might be causing my symptoms and laughed at me and said "that's not how it works". I believe the only way to be seen by a doctor here is to require surgery. If you aren't easily diagnosed they don't want anything to do with you and will just throw medications at you to shut you up. Don't come here unless you have a very straight forward, easy to solve problem. You'll be wasting both your and their time.

I asked for pain med and was told NO, I would get pain meds after my block was done. I am 82 yrs old and had to go to my family doctor to get some relief. I had my flow-up and I am at about 80% and might need more work done but I assured my doctor that they would not be doing any more for me. I know they don't care. To be fair, the doctors and nurses that actually did my procedure were very professional and did a good job . If you are in serious pain, you are on your own, Semmes Murphey just don't care all they are interested in is the Medicare payments. JamesV Michigan City ms

Been going to Methodist Group office in Cordova to see Drs. Nollner and Mullins there for years…read more Never had a reason to visit recently due to my being extremely healthy. Needed to make an appointment with my doctor for a physical. Rude and condescending receptionist or chair warmer advised me, since I haven't been there in three years you're out. I'm an old guy that when someone asked me who my Doctor is, I would know immediately. No one from Methodist tried to contact me before they dumped me in the grease. Now I'm in flux without a Doc. So I'm screwed for being too Healthy. It's all about the dough anymore. The Hippocratic oath has a 36 month expiration date. I have never left a bad review even when it was needed to be said. But this is ridiculous. Everyone go give them some cash annually, even if you have make something up. Or you'll be on the street like a bum.
