She hasn't even bothered to put in a referral for me for a urologist, which was a demand from the e. R at saint Francis for me to go see a urologist. Now blue cross the blue shield. But I started to have doubts closer to my appointment because of poor customer service. So, I canceled my appointment and was back to square one. Then I found MMG- Sanderlin. Thankfully, they took new patients. I checked in and I was called in a little over 5 minutes later. The staff were generous: Andrea, Nurse Practitioner Amanda Lee, and Lynda. They were respectful and answered my questions that I had. I was done within an hour. I enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this place.

To be fair this attitude ends at the front of house (although the phlebotomist aren't all that cheery but they stick really great so that's okay) because the nurses are terrific and everyone back of house have a great manner and professionalism. Back of house is where the really important stuff gets done because this is the healthcare part happens. The rest is just money and time management and noise. My wife, son and I share the same GP or general practicioner (Lee Magro). He is a really good guy who is super sharp and listens to his patients. He is a real critical thinker and doesn't shy away from running any and all tests that can possibly get to the root of the problem. He gets it, don't just treat the stunkin' symptoms because the cause is the problem. A really great diagnostician always treats the problem and not the symptoms. He just has an office here and shares everything else with a gaggle of other MD's and APN's. There's also a DO here which is cool, I like DO's. 5 stars to the medical staff, not so much for the administrative and other staff.
