No lunch meal was provided to my son, the sudden change of operation hours, & my son (2 y/o) engaging with older kids that was not his age group all because of due to low enrollment. If that is the case, then a lowered tuition fee would have been reasonable if they can't meet their promising services to families. Attempted too many times contacting the OWNER & DIRECTOR of these concerns and they have both been UNRESPONSIVE - it would take days, if not weeks & follow ups to get their attention. All to say, proceed with caution - the OWNER, Deanna & DIRECTOR, Brittney are very passive AND experts at ghosting when it comes to conflicts and/or resolving issues - at least in our experience. Tip for parents CONSIDERING this daycare: their policy is really vague and their parent handbook policy is covered with "we can change our policy at any given time" so be aware that they can quickly change whatever they need to do in their favor to which can leave parents like us really unhappy with the steep tuition they require.. if I can leave 0 stars, I would.

The outdoor area is especially concerning, it's frankly unsafe for children considering how close it is to the main road. That alone should be a major red flag for any parent considering this place. On top of that, the way the owners and management conduct themselves with both staff and families is unacceptable. Their rudeness and lack of professionalism create an uncomfortable atmosphere that you can feel the moment you walk in. It's hard to trust a place with your child when basic respect and communication are missing. The only bright spot is one teacher (she knows who she is ) who clearly cares deeply about the kids and does her best despite the environment. I genuinely hope she finds a better place that values her the way she deserves. Overall, this daycare has become a shadow of what it once was. I would strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere. your child deserves better than this.

The teachers and the on-site director have consistently been loving, patient, and supportive, and they clearly care deeply about the kids in their care. Our concerns are not with them. Unfortunately, over time the culture of the facility has shifted dramatically due to decisions made at the ownership level. What once felt like a community focused on children and families now feels like a place driven strictly by business priorities. During a conversation with a concerned parent who was trying to share genuine concerns, those concerns were dismissed. One of the owners explicitly stated that the center is "strictly a business" and that there are contingency plans not only if families leave, but if staff leave as well. Hearing that said so bluntly, and in response to a parent simply trying to advocate for their child and the community, was extremely concerning. Since these changes, many families--including ours--have decided to leave and pursue other childcare options, and several staff members have left or are actively seeking better working environments. It's difficult to maintain the quality of care that families expect when the people providing that care feel unsupported or expendable. To be clear, the teachers themselves deserve recognition for the compassion and dedication they've shown the children despite the instability around them. They are the only reason this review isn't harsher. However, based on the direction the facility has taken and the way both families and employees have been treated, I can no longer recommend this daycare to families seeking a stable and supportive childcare environment, nor to caregivers looking for a place to build a career. Children and the people who care for them should never be treated as line items in a business plan.

I am deeply concerned with the ongoing failure of leadership and accountability within this school…read moredistrict. After multiple superintendent transitions, there has been no clear improvement in direction, transparency, or outcomes for students. More troubling are repeated concerns from families regarding: Failure to consistently follow IEPs, which is not just unacceptable--it puts the district at risk of violating federal law and failing the students who need support the most Lack of oversight and accountability in athletic and youth programs, leading to disorganization, poor communication, and missed opportunities for student development Breakdowns in communication with parents, where concerns are minimized or not addressed in a timely and meaningful way Serious concerns about student safety and supervision, which must be treated as a top priority at all times At a minimum, families deserve transparency, consistency, and a district that follows through on its legal and ethical responsibilities. Right now, many parents do not feel confident that those expectations are being met. This is not about isolated incidents--it reflects a broader pattern that needs immediate attention. I urge the school board to: Conduct an independent review of IEP compliance and student support services Improve oversight and structure within athletic and extracurricular programs Establish clear communication channels and accountability measures for addressing parent concerns Provide transparency around how leadership decisions are being made and evaluated Every student deserves a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Until meaningful changes are made, families will continue to question whether this district is meeting that standard and they are leaving this district at high levels for better opportunities for their children.
