First off, the location for our test was Woodburn. My teen daughter attempted a drivers test there…read moreand failed. I know a one star review on a failed test is suspect but let me continue. The place felt very sketchy, hand written sign, one employee. The lady was very odd. She just had the strangest demeanor, kind of brusque but also expecting us to know things we didn't know even about the sign in procedure. She failed my daughter on turning right with traffic coming too close. She slammed on the brakes when the approaching traffic was nearly a block away and going at residential speeds. She also pointed out stop signs like my daughter hadn't seen them, again when they were almost a block away. She also said my daughter didn't look behind her when she backed out, which she very clearly did. It almost feels like a scam, they get paid by the test, so having a high fail rate is good for profit. She expected my daughter to drive like a grandma with bad eyesight maybe? Seeing the intense reviews I feel bad as a parent I just jumped at the first appointment that looked close and didn't research the company first.

A few things to consider when becoming a student at this salon…read more 1.) do you want to be bullied by your instructor (Nancy) on the daily? 2.) do you want your salon items stolen and locked in the teachers Nancy's desk? 3.) do you enjoy having appointments removed from your books when your close to graduation dates? 4.) do you want to be locked in a supply closet by your instructor (Nancy)? 5.) do you want to have to jump through every hoop imaginable just to graduate? If you enjoy long days of being talked down to and feeling uncomfortable then you're in the right place. These are all experiences experienced by not one but multiple students also attending the salon. This behavior is not only insane for a place of teaching but also very uncomfortable. What kind of person steals from students? How is this ok? The reason it has been allowed for so long is because Nancy threatens anyone that stands up to her with a suspension. Everyone then becomes subject to all of Nancy's weird hoops and loops she makes you jump through just for fear of being kicked out of the program. Make your choice wisely.
