I came across some very nice daycares but also pricey. New World is definently reasonable and when I walked in for a tour it felt like the one. It's not as nice as some but it is clean and tidey. The staff made me feel like its going to be fine. It's small and friendly and I like that everyone is hanging out together and they also have cameras and a key pad outside the building. Diana was very nice and easy to talk to which helped me make my decision. Hoping I made a good decision!

My niece and nephew have been coming here for swim lessons (since toddler age) and gymnastics and my brother and parents have been raving since day one. It's clean, spacious, and the staff and coaches truly could not be more friendly and attentive. This party was for a 4 year old with about 13 children in attendance and their parents, plus family. Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. I don't have children of my own, but if the love my niece and nephew have for this place says anything, it must be great (I mean, the 4 year old wanted her party here)! If you're in search for a place for lessons for your children or a party place for kids, this was a great deal with the upmost friendly staff.

My kid went from moving his arms to basically doing less than he was doing before. They have him swim while other students swim, when he's not a strong swimmer, which is very dangerous. No one knows what is going on. The swim lessons never start on time or end at the right time. Every time I ask the manager they give me an answer and nothing ever changes . The owner needs to seriously make some changes before they loose more customers.

If you're even considering this place for your child, don't bring them here to be traumatized. I can't even begin to list off all of the laws they broke, but I'm glad that I'm out of this prison. The last two weeks of my stay were spent shut in a storage closet instead of a classroom because they failed to prepare themselves to handle children with any sort of learning difficulty. I will point out that this was a while ago since I was there, but if they're anything like they used to be, don't even consider it unless you want to pay for your child's therapy as well.

I totally recommend that every parent at least call and set up a visit to tour the facilities before making a decision to place their kids into a school. This school is known for developing children from pre-K in Lubbock all the way through high school graduation. Anyway, just thought I'd share my experiences and hopefully help to get kids into a great system.
