These people know their stuff, and are great to loyal customers. The real reason for the 5 stars is the way I was handled by Bonnie & Clydes after Mr. Patrick Blow at A&A Installations treated me. They install above ground pools. He basically ruined my sand job, hung my liner wrong, and wasted hundreds of dollars of my water. Then he repeatedly hung up on me, and dodged my calls, and refused to make it right! The team at Bonnie and Clydes helped me find a different installer (so I had to pay the job 2x), and helped me make everything correct! These guys are 5 stars in my book!

I was warned by my realtor to be careful when going to a pool shop for a water test, as they will always try to sell you everything. Within seconds the Jandy valve burst spewing water. He had one in the truck. When the Jandy was replaced all of a sudden the pump was leaking. When the pump was fixed 2 days later all of a sudden the heater was also leaking. Everything had been purring like a kitten and now everything had a leak, even the pressure valve on top of the filter. I have nothing else to say.

From my first phone call with them and then every step of the way they have been wonderful. I needed the tile around my hot tub (into my pool) and then from my pool into the overflow basin removed and replaced and also leveled off so the water flowed evenly. They had to empty the pool to do so, so I had them include an acid wash as well. The entire process too 4 days start to finish and the pools looks fantastic now! The owner, Justin, was on site every day checking on the work, kept in constant contact and the work was exceptional! He was responsive to questions and always honest, giving me options. When he came to do a final walkthrough, I had a leak on a part of the pool equipment so he changed that out for me as well! I highly recommend Lucent for all your swimming pool needs.
