As I've lived in Marina Hills now for 6 years, I've noticed that Tracey is the "Queen of Marina Hills". Anyone that wants their home sold properly and professionally seeks Tracey's services. I had Tracey represent me for my latest transaction and I was so impressed. Super friendly, awesome communication, and great attention to detail. I plan on working with Tracey again in all of my real estate dealings in South County.

I was impressed with how she conducted herself - not pushy or overly aggressive to secure a listing. Rather she just took the time to let me get to know her and see if there was anything she could do for us if we were looking to sell. I told her we were not looking at this but maybe in the future. Over the years I watched her career grow in the local real estate market here in Orange County, Ca. I would see more and more listings with her name on them. She developed one of the best real estate agent websites I have found and she continued to close sale after sale to quickly become one of the areas best producing agents. Fast forward to 2018. With a new job and the need to relocate out of state, it was time to sell our house we had occupied for the last 14 years. Over the last 14 years a lot changed in the real estate market and we found ourselves feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed. We knew we had to do some upgrades to make our house more appealing, but struggled with exactly which ones to do. I decided to give Tracey a call to enlist her help in selling our home. Like the professional she is, she picked up the conversation right where we left off 7 years ago. She remembered my kids and if they accomplished the goals we spoke about back then. I filled her in on what had happened over that time and where we were now. We decided to secure Tracey's services and quickly got the ball rolling. Over a 2 month period Tracey and her team of Videographers, Staging consultants and Photographers helped get our house in shape to put on the market. She truly has a team of professionals that work as one unit to make the experience a simple and easy one. Throughout the entire time Tracey was always available to answer any question we had for her. She was always prompt and professional in her reply and often got us over our concerns and challenges we faced with selling a house and moving after 14 years. Long story short. It was the best experience I have ever had selling or buying a home. Tracey's market analysis and plan execution got us an offer the very first day it was listed and we closed with a final offer $30,000 over our asking price. It was like she was looking into a crystal ball the entire time. She know the best strategy, timing, everything. Now, there is no guarantee you will get $30,000 over your asking price...but if you want the best chance of doing so and want the best agent in Orange County, CA representing you...have Tracey be your agent. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Tracey!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with Lori McGuire Realty left me with…read moreserious concerns about transparency, accountability, and communication. My family was informed that we had been approved for a rental property represented by Lori McGuire Realty. We were given a July 1 move-in date, signed the lease documents, and were even scheduled to meet at the property to select furniture the owners intended to leave behind. Based on those representations, we stopped pursuing other housing opportunities and began preparing for our move. Then, without warning, we received a text message from the agent stating that the owners had decided they were no longer going to rent the property and were instead considering selling it. Naturally, we were shocked and disappointed, but we accepted the explanation and moved on. What changed my opinion of Lori McGuire Realty was what happened next. The property reappeared on the rental market with the same photos and leasing information marked "Back on Market" only 20 days later. Wanting to understand how a property that was supposedly no longer being rented was suddenly available for lease again, I attempted to contact Lori McGuire directly. Despite repeated efforts, I was never able to have a direct conversation with her. Instead, I was instructed to leave messages, and all communications were handled through staff and email correspondence. The explanations also evolved over time. Initially, we were told the property was no longer going to be rented because the owners were considering selling it. Later, we were informed that the owners had decided to continue leasing the property after all. What disappointed me most was not the owners' decision. Property owners have the right to decide who they rent to. What disappointed me was the lack of direct communication and accountability after the situation unraveled. When people make life decisions based on representations made during a lease transaction, they deserve clear answers and direct communication when things go wrong. To this day, I do not believe my family was ever given a complete explanation of what actually happened. We were told we were approved, given a move-in date, signed lease documents, prepared for our move, were told the property would no longer be rented, and then watched it return to the market less than three weeks later. Readers can draw their own conclusions from those facts. Unfortunately, that was my experience with Lori McGuire Realty.

When we interviewed a few agents who specialize in Laguna Woods Village real estate, we received very similar introductions and comparable estimated market values for our condo. We still had doubts--until we met Kent. Kent presented a detailed market analysis portfolio for our condo and explained his sales and networking strategies clearly. We were truly impressed by his presentation and confidence, and we decided to go with Kent without hesitation. Kent advised us to organize and update our condo before the sale. After we completed everything according to his advice, he meticulously checked the entire condo to ensure it was truly market-ready. We were amazed by his vision. From that point on, we had such a wonderful journey with Kent--especially when we received a pleasant and unexpected offer during the first week of the open house. His professionalism, combined with his kind heart, is truly rare to find in a real estate agent. Kent kept us informed at all times, paid attention to every detail throughout each step of the transaction, and even helped us on several occasions to ensure the inspections went smoothly. Beyond the sale itself, he also helped us take care of a few things outside the scope of the transaction, truly as a friend. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us. All we can say is, "We are so glad and so lucky to have Kent as our agent." We highly recommend Kent because he will be with you every step of the way until the sale is completed. Thank you again, Kent! Without you, we would not have sold our condo successfully.

When we found the ideal unit, Kent was helpful in determining the appropriate offer and quick to submit it - which worked well because it was accepted in less than 25 hours as-is. Kent was knowledgeable about the escrow process and guided us through the HOA approvals, the inspections, and the requests for repairs. We were able to address all of the issues in harmony with the seller and actually closed escrow a week early. I would highly recommend Kent as a real estate agent for any property in the area.

This time around though was an entirely different experience. Enter Wayne Chang.... While I had already picked the location of the residence I did not have a realtor in mind. So after looking at a few reviews decided to send a late night email in my search for a realtor and was surprised he responded so quickly. Wayne had some helpful input as very familiar with the area/homes and set upon an early strategy. We set up an early meeting and were the first to make an appointment for the open house. Three days later we were in Escrow and the rest is history. Wayne is organized and prepared - for example he will show you selling patterns for the area along with the history of the community you are living in. He is readily available to answer all questions and often has already addressed items you were not yet aware of. And most importantly, he is reasonable, patient, logical, and sets reasonable expectations which are crucial in situations like this where often an emotional response can be the difference from a buy/sell or nothing. There are many moving parts where I may not have an idea of where to turn to next but choosing a realtor is not one of them because of your time and efforts. Thank you Wayne.

Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!
