Having worked with other realtors in the past, it was clear when we first met that Regina was not your typical real estate agent. She genuinely cares for her clients, is honest and transparent, and has the best communication skills in the business. I was particularly impressed by her level of effort in following up with the seller's agent to secure our offer on the house we ultimately decided to purchase (and also the house we previously decided to withdraw our offer from). Our experience was definitely above and beyond expectations. Being on the buyer side in a market like Irvine was a little intimidating at first, especially because we didn't know the area well, and the kind of property we wanted was in short supply and very high demand. She is hands down the best agent to work with in Orange County starting from her introduction all the way to the end.
