She went to bat for me on more than one occasion, once, she actually told the records devision who was harassing me about paperwork we had already provided them, to never call me again and direct all calls to her office. He said he sent a review of the lease in writing, and he sent the lease back, but the notes included were blank. We set up a time for a phone consultation. We sent him a google calendar link to confirm, he never answered. At the appointed time he was not there. He called later and said why wern't we their. We ask for a $300 refund (not much money for a lawyer) and he refused. He had more energy in fighting the refund than he did is helping my son and daughter in law reviewing the business lease.
