There are lots of treasures throughout this store, including some unique antiques down in the basement-be sure to check out the things behind the glass cases. When I mentioned that I had called more than 10 times and never got an answer, the manager said their wifi was down so they can't answer the phone. I asked if it had been down for months, somewhat joking but clearly irritated, and she got pissed. After I let her know I'd like it handled in about a week or I'd be filing a small claims court case, she said I was bombarding her and told me to leave as she stormed away from me. Terrible, hilariously poor customer service skills from basically every employee in the store. It's worth the drive to go to literally any other Verizon store in the area.
